We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

We enjoyed the place so much. It was modern, clean and private. The location is very nice and peaceful. The accommodation has everything you need at a high standard. Kathreen's place is such a gem! place is clean and location is good (has restos and convenience store nearby). Host is very responsive. The place has spacious rooms with complete amenities. The pool and bonfire area is a nice touch together with the very homey vibe of the place. Overall, this is a rare find and will definitely recommend.

Prim’s place was fantastic. She is very responsive and she provided all the important information that we need prior arriving her place. The house was clean, with complete equipments especially for cooking and eating and their living room was really wide. Kids and big groups can enjoy get togethers because of it’s wide space. Btw, living room doesn’t have aircon but they have provided 2 electric fans. The bedroom linens are clean and tidy. The master’s is the only bedroom that has aircon. Only downside was it doesn’t have a comfort room at the 2nd floor which would be challenging if you have senior citizens with you. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Felt like home and a chill place. Thanks Prim!

Great place to stay when you're a big group 🫶❤️ Definite recommendable

The house was nice, homey, spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking is just enough for 2-3 SUVs. We loved how conveniently located it was. We stayed for 3 nights. Too bad it rained during almost our entire stay so we really weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Taal lake, as well as the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and patio. But overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.

We stayed in overnight because we were to attend to a wedding on Monday and I get why this airbnb gets booked fast: it’s definitely nearby the places one should visit when going to Tagaytay such as Pink Sisters and SVD (about 11-15mins away), and the Antonio restaurants’ Balay Dako and Bag of Beans and Charito’s. It is also near convenience stores and water refilling stations so it wasn’t hard to get what we needed. Though the place is well kept and very private, the neighbors’ dogs were the ones that I wanted to give a review to lol. Also, whomever stayed before us did not use the microwave properly and so although it was clean, we were not able to use it. Luckily there were pots and pans available, and Ms. Mabel as well as the caretaker Sir Kirk were nice and understanding enough not to blame it on us (I reported it immediately). The place was clean, all the linens were provided and the place seemed secure. Will recommend and will try it out again for longer stay.

Place has everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries, wifi was fast, TV has Netflix and karaoke. Ideal for a group of 12, and has a room on the ground floor good for older companions. Owner is accomodating.

We used Zaia Country House as the preparation venue for my daughter’s debut party, and it was a fantastic choice. The house was incredibly spacious—more than enough for our group of 12. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The linens smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge, fully equipped with excellent cooking utensils, which came in handy when we decided to cook. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and special thanks to the host for regularly checking in on us and to the caretakers for being so helpful with anything we needed.

Nice place to stay

The whole place was clean, the kitchen had complete utensils and cookware, the ktv is updated with new songs, the furnitures were very pretty, and the helpers were very accommodating!

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Definitely a great deal for its price! Place is in a secluded village and is near the necessary places that you can visit in Tagaytay. House is easy to find and what I did like most about in this list is how friendly Merlie (caretaker) and how she explained explicitly each room, kitchen wares and even how to best utilize the appliances in their house. The host even welcomed us personally through their telephone in the house and told us to enjoy our stay. The place is perfect space for a family occasions and pool is clean as well. Highly recommended!

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!
