We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as described with added southern charm making us feel very welcome. Melanie was a great hostess, very responsive to our questions before our trip and during our stay, allowed us to check-in early, gave clear checkout requests, and gave us our space to make great memories with family and friends.

The game room for the kiddos was such a huge bonus! Plenty of beds and the way the rooms were situated was very comfortable. It’s rare to find a house that fits the needs of a 3 generation family. Bravo!

We live out of town and were looking for a place to get together for a small baby shower. This home was everything we could have asked for, and we will most definitely be staying again if it’s available the next time we’re in town. The bonus room would be EXCELLENT for young children, there were tons of activities and a wonderful outside space as well for the adults. 100000/10 recommend.

Very cozy and clean. Great layout. The location was perfect for us.

It was a great set up/layout for our family with three kids. Their remodeling showed intentionality and it was clean and well organized. We appreciated the thoughtful touches of snacks and Krueig drinks, WiFi, TV. Quiet street and easy entry/exit overall.

It was a long cabin, secluded. And I love the fact that there was wildlife all around. It was a hideaway experience.

We stayed a month to be close to family and it was an excellent visit. Place was as advertised which allowed us to be close to family and host our granddaughter periodically. Everything that we needed was there and they had extra things like shampoo, soap, and kitchen supplies. If we come back we will likely want to stay there again.

My family and I stayed at this home, for almost two weeks, to be able to watch my little brother play baseball at Lander, it was truly a home away from home! There was everything we could ever need in the kitchen, board games galore and plenty of rounds of pool were enjoyed! And though it was during the cold months, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the back porch! 🌅 Nick was an incredible host and we would definitely stay again!

Wow, what a great place. It’s very new, and very clean, and everything was exactly as described. We were here for a family event, five of us from different parts of the country, and the house was roomy enough for all of us — comfy beds, great facilities (bathrooms, laundry, kitchen), and lovely communal spaces. We had some local family visit and the game room was a huge hit. Perfect location for us too. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Place was exactly as listed. The location was perfect and only 10 minutes from the shooting competition we were going to attend at Sawmill Training Center.

My family and I visited Greenwood, SC during Valentine’s Day Weekend. We’re a party of 5 but felt like everyone had enough room to have their own space yet be able to gather together for family time in the mornings and evenings. The girls loved that each room had a tv and bathroom. The stairs and loft were a huge hit with the littles. My husband and I slept comfortably in the bed and talked about how nice the mattress was for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.
