We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as described with added southern charm making us feel very welcome. Melanie was a great hostess, very responsive to our questions before our trip and during our stay, allowed us to check-in early, gave clear checkout requests, and gave us our space to make great memories with family and friends.

The game room for the kiddos was such a huge bonus! Plenty of beds and the way the rooms were situated was very comfortable. It’s rare to find a house that fits the needs of a 3 generation family. Bravo!

Luxury Retreat & Heated Pool Downtown Simpsonville

We live out of town and were looking for a place to get together for a small baby shower. This home was everything we could have asked for, and we will most definitely be staying again if it’s available the next time we’re in town. The bonus room would be EXCELLENT for young children, there were tons of activities and a wonderful outside space as well for the adults. 100000/10 recommend.

Tamara space was exactly what you see in the pictures. It was a great stay for me and my family for my graduation. She was also very responsive. Would definitely book again

Just as the pictures showed. The auto open doors were an interesting touch. Its a basement apartment so the ceiling height is a little lower than normal. My only complaint is the shower head was low but I'm almost 6'2".

My stay was perfect! Cheryl is a fabulous host—super helpful & very quick to respond. The property was immaculately clean upon check-in. Very comfortable surroundings & furniture, appointed with everything you might need for either a short, or extended stay. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, and would definitely book with Cheryl again, as well as recommend her, and this property, to anyone.

This place was great. Peaceful lake views, clean home, and responsive host. Joel was considerate and accommodated a few of our requests. It is stated in the listing, but don’t forget to pack your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Our stay was AMAZING. This house is in a beautiful location. Loretta was very nice and quick to respond for any needs. The house was perfect for our family stay. Very clean, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen. We even caught some fish off the dock! Highly recommend!!!!!
