I enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, tidy and full furnished, and the host was super responsive. The location is also great, with a bus stop a few meters from the apartment. The city center is a 10 minutes walk from here. I would totally look for this place again if I am ever in Lausanne!

The flat has everything as it is described on the website, and it is in a great location and close to bus stop. Close to supermarket and restaurants the place is very cozy and clean.

Très bon séjour. On connaissait l’adresse pour l’avoir occupé plusieurs fois. Tout est impeccable. Nous avons juste trouvé les oreillets un peu fatigués… Mais on reviendra très certainement. Il est précieux d’avoir un place de parc même si on peut faire les achats à pied très facilement. A une prochaine fois. Cordialement Jean-Louis

تييري اولاً انه متعاون ولطيف المسكن رائع وواسع جدا ومتوفر كل ما تحتاج غرفتان ودورتان مياه ومطبخ متكامل والة قهوة وصالة جلوس وطاولة طعام داخلية واخرى خارجية بلكون جميل وادوات شوي واستجمام الاطلالة خيالية على البحيرة والجبل يوجد موقف سيارة الحي هادئ وجميل وسهل الوصول تييري مرة اخرى انه شخص لطيف ورائع ومرن ومتعاون سنعاود الزيارة بكل تأكيد

El alojamiento coincidía con las fotos, es una excelente zona para alojarse y recorrer la ciudad, está muy cerca del centro y muy bien conectado, llegar al apartamento fue demasiado sencillo, muchas gracias!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this really great apartment and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a quaint place in the beautiful Lavaux. A perfect balance between preservation of heritage in a centuries old building and a modern flair with all the necessary amenities and style!

I stayed with my Spouse and kid for almost 2.5 months and I must say the location is very good and well connected with the central. The room was provided with adequate amenities. on top of all, the host- Maxime is very friendly with Proactive response. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!!

Base has a great Lausanne location. Right in a neighborhood yet so close to the station, port, and the M2 line. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was very workable — it even had a small dishwasher! The housekeeping crew did a great job with our unit as it was spotless when we arrived. Only hiccup was at checkin when the system said our room wasn’t ready yet. It was Sunday and the Base team was off, but the phone number hotline they provided was able to remedy this issue pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend Base when you’re looking for a little more space or to stay in town for a longer time!

The home is a jewel located in a small Swiss village on the hills facing the lake, more or less 45 mind by car from noth Geneva an Lausanne. the place matches very well the description, the highlights are the swimming pool and all the garden surroundings, the cabled tv , and a fantastic bed and materass. The place is ideal for hikers or bikers, in general anyone searching for a relaxing and cozy experience.

Le logement est optimisé pour loger 6 personnes une chambre à part avev un canapé faisant lit double et dans la cuisine/entrée un lit double et deux lits simples superposé qui se rangent dans une armoire. Les oeufs pour les pistes sont à 3 min à pieds. La station est très plate je recommande pour les skieurs débutants et surtout pas pour les snowboard. Le magasin snowline sous le logement donne de très bon conseils en terme de location/achat de matériel ski/snow.

Magnifique appartement avec vue à couper le souffle. Décoré avec beaucoup de raffinement, confortable et bien équipé. Le soleil aidant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse extérieure. L’accès privé à l’ascenseur depuis l’intérieur de l’appartement est très pratique. L’immeuble possède une piscine très agréable, un grand jacuzzi peu utilisé par les résidents, sauna et salle de squash/ basket pour varier les plaisirs. L’accueil et la communication furent excellents. Je recommande à 100%.

Klein maar fijn! Alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Mooie omgeving en dichtbij de skilift. ‘s-nachts wel wat rumoerig door de bar/discotheek beneden. Frederique is een zeer vriendelijke host, geeft duidelijke instructies en reageert snel op berichten. Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
