Lausanne District : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Superbe séjour. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est énorme et bien orientée même si nous n’en avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du temps. Localisation idéale mais attention si vous êtes en voiture, pas facile de se garer pour le long terme. Le long d’une longue route fréquentée, attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé !

The condo is located closed to the train station, which is great for daytrips in the area. Lausanne attractions are within a walkable distance. Kitchen supplies are sufficient for cooking, including oils and spices, which were greatly appreciated. Eric is a great communicator and always available to answer any questions.

Lovely family home in a walkable location and close to public transit. Very family friendly with some baby proofing already done and toys for little ones

We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

J'ai logé à deux reprises durant trois nuits dans le logement de Frédéric. L'emplacement est idéal si on travaille dans la région ou si on souhaite se relaxer dans le Lavaux. On peut même parquer gratuitement son véhicule dans une rue plus bas. La chambre proposée est très bien, et on a accès à tout ce dont on a besoin (cuisine, salle de bain privative, accès à la terrasse, etc). Frédéric et sa famille ont été respectueux et discrets. Je recommande ce logement et y reviendrai volontiers.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

I had a great holiday with my family including two grown-up kids and dog so the 3 double bedrooms were perfect. The house and garden is lovely and we felt very much at home. There is a path directly opposite the house which leads to a meadow and this was perfect for our dog. Parking was easy. The wi-fi was excellent and the TV with UK channels was handy for keeping up with The Ashes. The house is on a steep hill overlooking Lausanne which is a great place for activities and food. Easy driving access to the lakefront. It is also a good base for visiting Bern, Geneva, Chateau de Chillon (and Montreux) and going to the mountains to see the Aletsch Glacier which is amazing. I also took a bike and the area is great for cycling. Overall this is a great place for a holiday and Imogen/Liam were very easy to contact and made good suggestions for things to do in Lausanne including a festival.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé, l'hôte est flexible, nous avons pu laisser nos valises la journée de notre départ pour les récupérer en fin de journée. Chat très affectueux, il est difficile de ne pas l'embarquer en repartant !

The accommodation is really very close to the rest of the city, with very good bus and metro connections. Thomas is super helpful and tries to meet your needs in every way. I would highly recommend this place without any ifs or buts!

Luca è un host premuroso e preciso. Accoglienza professionale, spiegazioni semplici e chiare. Ottima disponibilità. L’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve anche per chi deve lavorare in home office grazie alla connessione internet potente e stabile. La zona è tranquilla e i mezzi pubblici di trasporto sono nelle vicinanze. Molto bello il parco di Sauvabelin per rilassarsi all’aria aperta. Se dovessi tornare a Losanna sicuramente contatterei Luca per alloggiare ancora da lui.

Wonderful host and beautiful apartment. Encountered no issues during our stay (party of 4). Spacious, comfortable beds (1x king + 2x single), stunning views. House is built on a slope (as is very typical for the beautiful area). Outside stairs lead up to the property (ca 10), consider if you require step-free access. Convenient outside parking space for car. We will be very happy to return.

PERFECTO!!!!! Coralie y Peter fueron excelentes anfitriones, el departamento es hermoso, con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia en familia . Nos pusieron árbol de navidad y decoración , todo estaba precioso, además de impecablemente limpio. Además contestaban en menos de 10 minutos, nos apoyaron con muchas recomendaciones, fueron muy amables. Sin duda ha sido mi mejor estancia!!! Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Une première expérience Rbnb très concluante. Logement propre et idéalement situé pour l'occasion de notre venue. Cathy est une hotte merveilleuse. Accueillante, sociable, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Elle nous a reçu d'une manière à part entière. Elle nous a fait découvrir un plat culinaire typique Suisse et des animations de soirée très sympathique et rigolote dont nous en gardons de très bons souvenirs, dont un petit cadeau de sa part 😊 Belle continuation à toi. On recommande Cathy 👍

Base has a great Lausanne location. Right in a neighborhood yet so close to the station, port, and the M2 line. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was very workable — it even had a small dishwasher! The housekeeping crew did a great job with our unit as it was spotless when we arrived. Only hiccup was at checkin when the system said our room wasn’t ready yet. It was Sunday and the Base team was off, but the phone number hotline they provided was able to remedy this issue pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend Base when you’re looking for a little more space or to stay in town for a longer time!

L'appartement est tres spacieux, moderne et propre. Tout était disponible sur place. On a adoré notre sejour chez Samantha. On s'est senti comme a la maison.
