Lausanne District : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Excellent séjour, trop court hélas car seulement de passage. l'appartement est propre, confortable. idéalement situé pour se détendre auprès du lac. j'ai pû apprécier mon petit déjeuner au bord de celui-ci. Florent est réactif, à votre écoute, de bons conseils pour la suite de mon voyage. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir lorsque je serai de passage dans votre région où pour y séjourner plus longuement et profiter des activités ou ballades proposés que je n'ai pas pû faire. Merci pour votre accueil.

Très facile d’accès , surtout avec les instructions de Loic ! Le lieu et superbe et l’appartement offre une vue sur le leman et on accède facilement à un petit parc à proximité où il y’a un restaurant . Le. CEntre ville est petit mais très proche L’appartement est complet et offre 4 places , parfait pour une famille . Lausanne est bien desservi en transport donc on peut laisser la voiture sur place.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Highlight ist zweifelsfrei die große Terrasse mit Panoramablick über den Genfersee. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch die tolle Küchenausstattung! Hinter dem Haus fahren die Züge, Lärmempfindliche sollten das wissen. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und kann eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Studio très agréable bien décoré, cuisine bien équipée (cuisinière rigolote) endroit calme et jolie vue, joli jardin. Place de parc pratique mais avec un véhicule pas trop rabaissé. Très chouette adresse à refaire

We felt right at home! Thank you Bruno and family! The studio was super clean and very cozy. The gorgeous view of Lac Leman with every sunrise and sunset was our favorite. Your garden is absolutely stunning and we loved their super friendly puppy dog! Great walks and restaurants with a beautiful downtown and river front. We loved walking through the botanical gardens and the tulip festival! Great stay! The hospitality and recommendations were fantastic!! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Das Haus liegt am Murtensee, in einem Wäldchen, der direkte Seeanstoss und die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank, gerne kommen wir wieder.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Lovely house, incredible kitchen, comfy bed. And since we like to puzzle, we really enjoyed the very large dining room table and the really bright floor lamp which we moved in from the tv room. Having the train right there was so perfect to enjoy the region and get down to town. Public transport being free with the Montreux card is incredible, as well as the other many things it offers at discount. Beautiful outside areas. Parking and getting there (the last 150 meters) can be a challenge if you are a nervous driver or have a large car as the road is extremely narrow. The fireplace is great, and the view from the place absolutely incredible. The trains go by twice an hour until midnight and are very loud, but so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Lieu enchanteur. Maison bien entretenue, lumineuse, confortable, déco originale. Un séjour tout en douceur. En cas de vent d'ouest et de fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit des avions approchant l'aéroport de Genève pourrait être pesant.

Alles hat gepasst und wir durften herrliche Familienferien verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist eine wunderschöne und sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Es sieht genau so aus wie die Bilder! See ist in der Nähe, kann man nach 10 Min Spaziergang erreichen, auch sehr sauber und gepflegt, Wasser ist sehr klar, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Hoffentlich können wir wieder mal dort paar schöne Tage verbringen ☺️🥂

It was great staying with Barbara in Preverenges. Beautiful garden really allows one to relax in many different zones. It is a very quiet place and I have enjoyed it very much. Despite the heat wave, it was very reasonable inside, since the apartment has a large volume and situated mostly in the shade. We had a very good communication with Barbara. I'm looking forward to come back to her place during my next visit to Switzerland.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was even better than it looks in the photos! The large terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view (the proximity of the train line was not an issue at all). The apartment itself was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Xavier was very responsive with messaging and helped with local recommendations tailored to our family (plus the Rivera card for free local travel came in very handy!) We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Très bel appartement meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans un emplacement très agréable au cœur de la Marina, tout est fonctionnel et parfaitement agencé Jérôme est un hôte très bien organisé, et surtout il vous accueille avec beaucoup de petites attentions, cadeaux, et messages personnalisés Séjour très plaisant dans cet appartement, avec la visite de Elvis le chat qui nous a amené un peu de compagnie 😁 Bref je recommande cet appartement et j'aurais plaisir à revenir

Estela je vynikajici hostitelka!!. Vzdy reagovala na nase dotazy - jak se dostat do ubytovani. Pri prijezdu nas uvitala, vse ukazala, pripravila prospekty, mapu. V lednici nam nechala male pohosteni - vodu maslo marmeladu chleb. Pri dalsi navsteve se velice radi ubytujeme zde. Ubytovani je ve velmi peknem a klidnem prostredi Clarens. Autobusova zastavka linky 201 je 3 minuty od ubytobani. V centru Montreux jste do 5 minut.

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Aussicht aus jedem Fenster dieses "Baumhauses" ist unbeschreiblich. Wir hatten das Gefühl in Südschweden zu sein, eine Stunde von unserem Wohnort entfernt! Jasmin hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Auf dem Grundstück sahen wir einen Eisvogel, einen Grünspecht und auf dem See einen Schwarm Kormorane - ein Vogelparadies! Die Nähe zur Natur ist phänomenal, das Licht, die alten Bäume, der Regen, der in der Nacht aufs Dach prasselte - Alles war perfekt! Auch die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Magnifique appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Belle vue sur le lac de Neuchâtel depuis la terrasse. Christian et Jian nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. Le supermarché sous l'appartement est très pratique.

Loved the vibe of Bnb… the garden is so beautiful and refreshing and the windows give makes the entire Bnb feel bright and lively. Beautiful bathroom as well! Anne is a lovely host who was extremely helpful in giving us a detailed tour of the house. She has a lovely family. Great place, centrally located from Lausanne and Geneva and only 30 mins from Geneva airport. Towns like Gruyere and Saanen too are just 60-90 mins away.

Hôtes sympathiques. Logement tout neuf, literie confortable, 2 WC, salle de bains et lavabo supplémentaires bien pratiques. Et superbe jardin ! L'emplacement, pas trop loin de l'aéroport, est pratique pour ensuite partir à la découverte du Lac Léman.
