Sitio cercano a IFEMA, ideal para quien tiene que trabajar en los días de exposición. La casa muy limpia y servicios básicos cubiertos. Angela muy atenta en todo momento. Hay una cafetería justo en la puerta donde el café está muy rico.

The property is right at the center. Great restaurants at walkable distance. Metro is very close. The best part was that the host always checked with us if we had any issues or if we needed anything during our stay.

If you're looking for a small but highly functional place plunk in the middle of the busiest area of Madrid yet surprisingly peaceful - this is it! Javier is extremely responsive and friendly, making all interactions easy and fluid. Many of the principal cultural destinations: the Prado, the Reina Sofia, the Thyssen-B, the Teatro Real, Plaza mayor etc are within a 15-20 minute walk, and always a pleasurable one.

A Carmem foi muito atenciosa desde o momento da reserva até ao check-out . A casa é agradável, confortável e muito limpa. A sua localização é central, com restaurantes, lojas, metro mesmo ao lado, no entanto, dá para ir a pé a quase todo o lado. Aconselho vivamente a quem quiser visitar Madrid

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Had a fantastic stay at Fifi’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Fifi was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Magnifique petit loft, lumineux et calme, et idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied et profiter des différents quartiers alentour. Bonne communication avec les hôtes, par ailleurs.

Apartamento amplio, totalmente equipado, zona tranquila y terraza espectacular aunque no pudimos disfrutarla por la lluvia. Tuvimos dificultad en ver los canales habituales.

Al was the best AirBNB host we’ve had! Extremely responsive, gave us great suggestions for dining information about the area. The location is in a great neighborhood, the city is very walkable. The wet room/shower was different but it worked fine.

La experiencia en El Empedrado de M. G. ha sido estupenda, no le puedo poner ni una queja. La comunicación con Marta ha sido muy fluida, y además Marta es una gran anfitriona que se mostró siempre a nuestra disposición. Nos hizo un par de 'pozas' de bienvenida, bocata típico de Colmenar de Oreja que estaba muy rico, y la casa contaba con todo lo que puedes necesitar (la cocina estaba equipada con todo y tenía sal, aceite, azúcar...). La casa estaba impecable y la cama era muy cómoda. Tampoco pasamos frío, y la tele era grande y se veía muy bien. Un 10 la estancia!

Muy buena localizacion, comodo y acojedor, en nuestro ( mi esposa e hijo) no necesitabamos mas. Pero el studio cuenta con un buen baño y una pequeña cocina y refrigerador. Para los que venga de turismo esta super.

This apartment is well located, 3 min walking to Metro L1, 5 min walking to the Park Cerro del Tio Pio to watch the sunset with Madrid city view, in front there is a Supermarket, BK, Popeyes and there is another supermarket near similar to Walmart (called Al Campo). The TV is wall mounted and small (29 or 32”) no smartTV, the wifi works very well. Also Natalia is a great host, she is a very nice person and willing to help, respond in minutes for whatever questions. I would return.

Chambre conforme aux photos et à la description. Facile de se rendre dans le centre avec le métro. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le seul bémol étant la salle de sport juste à côté…
