The place was spacious, including the bedrooms, and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless. The key code entry for both the lobby and the apartment was convenient for everyone in my group. The hosts were responsive to all concerns, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location to access central Madrid, great rooftop terrace bar + food, staff were helpful in all areas. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here - fantastic location with lots of charm and many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space is large and clean. Walkable to many must see locations as well (Prado, Retiro, Reina Sofía). Antonio was an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate us by meeting us for an early check in as we arrived in the early morning off of a red-eye flight. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Viaje de trabajo. El servicio, la atención al detalle y las instrucciones han sido una pasada. Las anfitrionas lo han hecho muy fácil. La ubicación perfecta para poder ir a IFEMA como era mi caso. El alojamiento impecable y la zona muy tranquila pero con opciones para comer o comprar.

Wir waren als Gruppe in diesem Apartment mitten in Madrid und hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – direkt am Plaza del Sol, sodass wir überall super zu Fuß hinkamen. Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Genügend Platz für alle, bequeme Betten und ein gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsbereich, wo wir abends zusammensitzen konnten. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Nico & Daneil's Darya Living place! The apartment was clean with beautiful, modern lines that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The comfortable bedroom and linen assured we had a great night's sleep every night. The central location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit like the Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Palace, Cathedral, Atocha for Toledo, Prado Museum and so many more! Quick breakfast? Bar Calatrava is steps away from the door with great options & coffee. Dessert? Salt-in-Cake is a 5-minute walk. Lunch? Dinner? Too many to list! Nico and Daniel gave clear instructions that made getting in and out easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

We are a family of 5 and this was our first stay in Madrid. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the Pablo was very pro-active in explaining everything that we needed to do. In fact, we responded immediately to every query we had. The apartment was spotless and had all the appliances needed for short break away - the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is perfect - great for shopping, restaurants, bars and everything was in walking distance! I would definitely recommend!

Lugar de fácil acceso, al metro, supermercados cerca, panaderías en fin lo necesario estaba dentro del lugar, estuvimos una semana y lo sentimos muy bien , para la cocina justo lo qué se necesitaba. Valió la pena pasar en el apartamento de Ramón.

Es un departamento ideal para una estancia tranquila, con acceso al metro para moverse en toda la ciudad, comercio de cercania y muy proximo a la hermosa ribera del rio Manzano. Muy recomemdable los bazares chinos y restaurantes con comida china, peruana y boliviana. Me sorprendio muy gratamente Usera

The place didn’t worth the money as all places in European capitals, right know. So my compline is not a Kiara’s place but use this as a msg for all have his: Just thinking that are so many peoples with a minimum salary that only pays one room/studio. If we forgot that big humanity issue, o would say a little bit expensive for the size, but that the prince in that area,

Departamento con todas las comodidades y en buena localización, nos quedamos casi 2 meses y no tuvimos ningún problema, Ramón siempre atento a cualquier situación, sin duda lo recomendaría!
