Lavaux-Oron District : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Un séjour très réussi dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée et bien équipée pour les familles . La maison est trés bien situé dans une magnifique région trés calme avec une vue panoramique et imprenable sur le lac Léman. Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Had an absolutely fabulous week at Jane & Robin’s home. My wife, kids and I just didn’t want to leave. The home itself is full of warmth and peace. The garden is just fabulous with views of Lake Geneva and the mountains. I could spend weeks sitting there, sipping on wine and reading a book. The kids loved the massive trampoline and the stand up swimming pool. The whole house was extremely comfortable, lovely dining table kitchen, tv area and bedrooms. You definitely need a car and in any case anyone coming to the Montreux area should rent one. By car there are fabulous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 5 mins of the home. I definitely want to return to this piece of paradise - let me know when it’s available again, Robin and Jane!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

I had a great holiday with my family including two grown-up kids and dog so the 3 double bedrooms were perfect. The house and garden is lovely and we felt very much at home. There is a path directly opposite the house which leads to a meadow and this was perfect for our dog. Parking was easy. The wi-fi was excellent and the TV with UK channels was handy for keeping up with The Ashes. The house is on a steep hill overlooking Lausanne which is a great place for activities and food. Easy driving access to the lakefront. It is also a good base for visiting Bern, Geneva, Chateau de Chillon (and Montreux) and going to the mountains to see the Aletsch Glacier which is amazing. I also took a bike and the area is great for cycling. Overall this is a great place for a holiday and Imogen/Liam were very easy to contact and made good suggestions for things to do in Lausanne including a festival.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Mega süßes und schönes Haus, grad weil es auch ein bisschen älter ist hat es total Charme. Der Ausblick ist genial. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Weg in die Weinberge sehr nah. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können

Fantastic Host, easy yo speak to and very responsive. Very clean and respectful home.

Nice top floor apartment on the hillside with great view on the lake and the mountains. One cat is included in the price. Maybe two next time :) The owner was super friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. Lutry has a fantastic public beach around 20 minutes walk from the apartment (or 25 minutes uphill). There's plenty of space, a good buffet, lot of shadow. Even kayak and SUP rental is available. I checked out the nearby towns, and Lutry had by far the best beach. The only thing that I didn't like was the traffic noise from the street during the day. The nights were fortunately calm. We likely visited the place on the hottest week of the year. The upper floor got really hot, but the lower floor was okay. Perhaps some stronger fans could have helped. Anyway, the temperature should be okay for the vast majority of the year.

This was the perfect place to stay for us as we were visiting our son, who studies abroad at the Pepperdine campus in Hauteville. We could walk to the train stop and Matthieu provided us with passes that were good for local travel and discounts with local attractions. There was also a grocery store very close, and we walked daily to pick groceries and fresh bread. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling without a car. Matthieu was super helpful and always responded quickly and respectfully, going above and beyond! 5 Stars!

Karina provided us with wonderful accommodation for our stay. The home is beautiful and spacious and in the perfect location. Karina kept in communication to make sure everything was well with us during our stay and provided some basic food supplies upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Paola und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is the most wonderful Airbnb in a stunning location. The house is so spacious, well appointed and beautiful. The location is excellent - lovely village with an excellent fromagerie, access to lovely walks, and 15 minutes from the Lausanne metro. Kiran and Yeti are the most wonderful, generous hosts. Wir verbrachten ein wunderbares Wochenende im Airbnb von Charlène. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell im Antowrten. Wir fühlten uns super wohl, und haben das Cheminée sowue die weiteren Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen

We very much enjoyed our stay in Anastacia's house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family had a lot of space to spend time and relax. Kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. The location was excellent with two nearby grocery stores, easy access to the motorway, and many beautiful attractions, for which Anastacia and Peter gave excellent tips. Special thanks to Peter for being extremely helpful during our stay!

La maison de Gideon était très bien équipée et propre. Nous étions six copines et nous avions bien assez de place dans tous les espaces (salle à manger, salon, chambres,...). Merci à lui pour son accueil !

Super lotissement avec une vue magnifique et tous les équipements nécessaires pour pouvoir passer un bon moment en famille. Le logement est encore meilleur que sur les photos ! Nous avons trouvé facilement et avons été accueillis avec un feu de bois chauffé au préalable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore meilleure.

Évidemment il y a la route passante tout en haut, une place de parking toute petite et un escalier raide qui arrive à l’arrière de la maison. On a connu plus sauvage et charmant comme entrée en matière. Mais une fois la porte d’entrée poussée, vous entrez dans la maison du bonheur, joyeuse, lumineuse, généreuse, habitée, pratique, confortable. La vue, la terrasse et le ponton sont magnifiques. On vit sur le lac. C’est une très belle expérience. Et la communication avec le propriétaire est fluide et très agréable. À recommander vivement.
