Our family really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The home was perfect for our almost 2 year old. There were plenty of toys she could play with and she got to enjoy exploring around the big yard. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling with children

This was the perfect house for my family’s stay in Royse City. Claudia was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was beautiful and clean. It had all the amenities we needed and was very family friendly. My 2 year old loved the little slide in the backyard and the house is walking distance to a park. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Great, family friendly house! Very spacious and clean/easy to clean up, great big back yard with cornhole, all of which was great for our toddler and teenager alike. We see family in Preston Hollow a few times a year and it’s wonderful to find something nice, affordable, and located so close to them (a rare find in this neighborhood). Host is very communicative and check in and out were a breeze. Will stay here again!

Valerie was very proactive in reaching out to welcome me & my family into her home. The house is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious & the perfect space for my family. There were a lot of games & a lot of towels which was perfect for my family of 8 for the weekend. There was a basket full of water & snacks. The rooms were so clean and beds were memory foam and they were beyond comfortable. We even slept on the couch & it was so cozy. Great place I definitely recommend!

Diana’s place was great. They had tons and tons of towels for both showering as well as the pool/hot tub. The hot tub heats up super quick and we spent a lot of time in it. The location was great in a nice quiet neighborhood. Many bedrooms and great space to hang out with two families. Diana was very responsive and we were able to stay an extra day.

John's place is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. A short drive to great restaurants and from the main roads around town it's in a very convenient location. The house is very comfortable.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

We had a great experience staying at David’s place. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all things needed to cook (and had snacks available), and the hot tub was amazing. Highly recommend!

Aisha was the perfect host and was extremely responsive as well as being very accommodating. I would recommend her and her place to anyone staying in the Richardson/Plano/North Dallas area. I will be making this my go-to spot when I’m in the area again. 10/10!

We had a lovely weekend in Frisco, celebrating a wedding. Melody’s house was 8 minutes from the venue: it was perfect for us! As a host, Melody is a dream to work with.

This is definitely one of the best airbnbs we have rented, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending Valentines weekend. The location is easy to get to, very private and there were several fun things to do. We enjoyed fishing, walking, and grilling; however, the hot tub was hands down our favorite past time. It is very large and well cared for with plenty of towels for bothering showering and tub use. The home itself had so many cute details that made our stay so enjoyable. There is a nice master bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom (no tub). The upstairs loft area has a full/queen bed along with a set of stairs that one can climb to access another loft with two twin beds. We had to reach to the host one time with a question and she responded immediately. The walk to the front door from the vehicle is slightly tricky to navigate when coming in late like we did. Maybe, bring a flashlight if coming in later. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully curated space that made us feel right at home. We definitely coming back for summer fun 😁

Bryan is a very responsive host and his place couldn't be more peaceful. There's all kinds of wildlife about the place. As mentioned in other reviews, you ought to take 2 pair of shoes because that black prairie clay will stick to you if you just glance at it but you've got to go down to little lake and hang out or your missing the best part of the place. You can walk around the outside of the lake on the caliche road with no problem. Ducks , geese, frogs and a river otter were all present. Possums and rabbits too! We loved the place.

Had an excellent stay . Felt relaxed enjoying all the nature and amenities. Away from distractioms but close enough to town for any needs. I deffinitely recommend!

We had such an amazing time! Came here just to relax and unplug from the world and this was definitely the place to do it. The host is very proactive and responsive. The cabin was the cutest thing ever and equipped with any and everything you would need to cook a good meal. The location is so peaceful and serene and the animals are very sweet. There’s was cutest little goat who hung around as we were arriving and leaving and I thought it was just the sweetest thing ever…They have other animals as well that I would’ve liked to walk the property to see but it rained so we decided against it lol, Maybe next time. But I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway. It was perfect! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

I’m writing this review instead of my husband because I have OCD and am incredibly particular about cleanliness and comfort when staying at other people’s homes. That being said… this lake house was practically PERFECT! I had zero issues with cleanliness and found myself daydreaming about living here forever. It was such a relief to not feel the usual stress and hesitation about touching anything or even walking barefoot on the floors—everything was spotless. NO CLOTHES WERE HIDDEN BEHIND CURTAINS (for some reason most homes we’ve stayed at have this problem)!!! I legit took pictures of their interior design highlight to get ideas for my own home too. The hosts thought of every tiny detail to make the stay welcoming and comfortable (they made elephants out of towels! What beautiful human thought of that?!)!I would recommend this place 1000% to even my closest family members! I truly hope I get the chance to come back soon. THANK YOU to the wonderful hosts for giving me hope in AirBnB!

Our family of 5 had an amazing experience for our spring break getaway. Upon check-in, we walked in to a clean space that smelled so good! The hosts provided a smores kit for the kids and a bottle of red wine for my husband and I. Lots of throw blankets and towels available. We spent most of our time by the fire pit. The large glamping tent and hot tub was an added bonus to this trip. While the hosts provided kayaks to use free of charge, it was just a little too chilly for me to get out to the lake. We’re already planning a trip to come back. The stairs to the top floor are very narrow. The kids had no problem, but it was a bit tricky to get the suitcase up. Will not prevent me from coming back. Just wanted to add for guests that this might be a problem for. 10/10 would recommend.
