My 2nd time here! An absolute love staying at Ade's place. This has to be my ultimate stay in Jogja whenever I visit in any occasion. Message to all of you: make sure to wake up around 5.30AM and see how beautiful the sunrise sneaking from Mount Merapi right on the window.

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

tempat nya enak, masuk gang tapi masih walkable. anak ku suka sekali ada kolam ikan dan kandang ayam di depan rumah. mungkin akan sedikit menggangu kalo yang ga suka suara ayam di pagi hari. to take a note juga, water heater nya yang model gas. agak sulit atur panas nya, ga rekomen buat langsung pakai dari shower, tapi owner udah sediakan juga ember buat nampung dan mix dengan air biasa. satu lagi, parkiran nya ngepas banget untuk mobil seukuran avanza , fit better buat yang lebih kecil dari itu, ukuran di atas nya kaya nya akan susah buat masuk parkiran nya. overall oke dan nyaman untuk stay 5 hari 4 malam 👌

Homestay paling nyaman untuk bawa keluarga. Rumah nya bersih dan rapi. Perlengkapan Dapur sangat lengkap. Bisa di blg, harga sudah sangat murah untuk rumah sebesar ini. Letak nya sangat strategis. Ga jauh dari tempat wisata. Aaah.. serasa rumah sendiri. pagi2 bisa masak untuk sarapan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi ke sini. Terima kasih Owner.. Terima kasih buat si ibu yang membantu kami 🙏🙏

rumah nya sangat otentik, bersih dan saya suka modelnya.. bener2 seperti di rumah nenek, peralatan lengkap, bisa memasak, mencuci pakaian krn disediakan mesin cuci,setrikaan, air galon, sampai disediakan 1 galon yg mash penuh, 1 galon lagi yg terpasang pun masih penuh.. semua sesuai dengan gambar, parkiran mobil pun saya rasa bisa muat 2 atau 4 mobil ya maksimal.. terletak dekat area persawahan dan dekat tempat makan "Sop Ayam Pak Min", jarak dr lokasi rumah ke kota Solo sekitar 30 menitan menggunakan roda empat.. terma kasih Mas Andi utk hospitality nyaman.. salam sehat dan sukses selalu..

it's not located on the heart of Solo, but still accessible. The housekeeper lady is nice, the house is quite big and enough to accommodate 10 people. The owner is also nice and understanding, we were given permission to check in early.

Nice and affordable apartment short walking distance from most popular Jogja sightseeing places (quite far away from the central station though). Owners live opposite of the house, however are very quiet and friendly, though, unfortunately lacking English skills. It's not the most modern or equipped house in the city, however great choice if you consider location and pricing.

Stayed overnight during Hari Raya with family, aiming to only transit to resting in between family functions. But the place was incredible! My family of six couldn’t stop talking about it. It’s homey, cozy, just nice, has all the amenities listed, very clean—it got you covered. The parking is ample—fits for two cars. It’s worth the price! Also, the host is very kind and responsive, despite us checking in late at night. It’s near Kedai Makmur (kopitiam breakfast place) and Jejamuran (well known restaurant selling mushrooms-based food). There are also plenty of eating place by the main road. The house is walking distance to the main road. They provided towels and soap, and washing machine in laundry area. But I’d suggest to bring your own shampoo and detergent if you’re staying longer. Thanks Sari—definitely will be back!
