Had a great time staying at this place! It was as described and Rodney was proactive and helpful. It’s a lovely piece of property with plenty of supplies outdoor activities.

It was a little pricey for 8 people but we could have fit many more to decrease the price per couple.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We arrived late in the evening and a bit tired, but check-in instructions were so thorough that it made locating the property and figuring out parking very simple. There were three in our party, so we had plenty of room, and when we had visitors over the tally rose to seven, but the space never felt cramp. There is every amenity provided – washer & dryer, plenty of plush towels, wifi, TVs, a well-stocked kitchen including a very nice Kurig, outdoor courts for tennis, basketball or pickle ball (we played pickle ball even though it was very cold out – paddles and balls provided by our hosts!) And, speaking of our hosts – April and Richard are so incredibly thoughtful, generous and accommodating. The little touches they provided to make our stay extra special were so unexpected yet very much appreciated. They are THE BEST. You can’t go wrong picking this place, we would most definitely return pending availability. Thank you, April and Richard, and much continued success!

Convenient location to visit IU for the weekend. Check in was easy and Colleen let me know that the place was ready early if we wanted. The 2 baths were helpful for us and expedited the ability for 2 couples to get ready in the morning. The complimentary bottle of wine was nice. We rested well in the comfy beds. We had what we needed! Colleen was good with communication.

Great place for a family weekend! Plenty of room to spread out.

Great place to stay. Wonderful for big groups. Allowed us to have a peaceful place for our work retreat and space for our kids to enjoy themselves also . Will definitely return. Amenities are good. Kitchen well equipped.

We had a pleasure to stay at Jordana’s place with a group of 13 ladies! Had perfect three nights at this amazing property. Pool was warm, hot tub hot, house clean and quiet, beds are very comfortable, great bedding and pillows, kitchen had everything we needed and having second fridge was a blessing, oven is new and amazing, house smells so good and view was pretty from every window. Secluded yet close to everything. We felt welcomed and relaxed. Plenty of pool towels and great rec room although we did not use it. I liked the ability to control the temperature in every room separately. Animals are adorable and add charm to this place. We used the fire pit, walked around lake, enjoyed fresh air and visited West Baden and went on the horse back riding adventure. We would like to rent it again in the fall for a leaf changing season. This place was absolutely beautiful and so unique. It didn’t feel like an vacation rental, but more like staying at a family members house. The house is old so there are some things that come with that, like finicky door knobs and a few other small things, but nothing terrible. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. for our large group. It’s not super private because there are other rentals on the property but that didn’t bother us. Tonya was incredibly friendly and responsive! There’s so much to do on the property that we wish we would’ve stayed longer, but we plan to come back at some point to do the things we didn’t have time for.

This as our second time staying at Marilyn’s Cottage. We were in the Bedford area for a funeral. Space allowed for the extended family to have a place to gather after the service. Everything was perfect. The setting is secluded, peaceful and very well appointed.

House was spacious & comfortable. Beds, couch & chair were SUPER comfy. Variety of supplies available: bathroom, cleaning, spices, coffee, creamers, teas, pillows, towels, etc. We LOVED the coffee & tea bar! It ended up snowing & we were plenty warm inside, but there are SUPER soft blankets available ❤️ Drank coffee to the sun rising on the back porch!

The house was beautiful. lovely little neighborhood with a pizza place a block away.

Wonderful, relaxing, and homey last minute stay for me, 2 other adults, and 5 kids ranging in ages 1.5 - 9 years old. We went to Big Splash Adventure in French Lick and this was less than 30 mins away with a Walmart nearby in Paoli. Even though we brought our own snacks, the home had quite a few already to include water, pops, and coffee which was a pleasant surprise! Quiet location, pretty sunset, and the dark night skies allowed for bright star constellations to be seen. We’ll definitely be back, in the summer next time to enjoy the outdoors!

Daryl’s place was exactly what I needed for a quick visit in Bedford. He’s a wonderful host and thought of everything we might have needed. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Angie's home was a special treat. Loved the decor, spotless, and so comfortable and cozy. Visited family Bedford & will plan to stay again next time I travel south. It felt like home from the time I walked in.
