Loved staying over for new years, would definitely go again

Joes's place is great! our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and our dogs were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms were nice and mattresses were very comfortable. All lininens and towels were provided and clean. The location was a very convenient 6 minutes from The Wilds Wedding Venue where our daughter got married. One of the best things about this home is the huge fenced in back yard that the dogs loved. The patio is very cute with patio seating, hanging lights, grill and a nice hot tub. The hot tub appeared clean and well maintained. we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Joe's place to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 4 was comfortable and the set up was perfect for us. We would stay here again. She was very welcoming and I noticed every detail she put into making the space comfortable for us. Thank you!

Appeared to be a good neighborhood, house is nice and clean. Very convenient location and the house had everything we needed and then some. I have already booked it again for the near future. I recommend this location.

Iris House was wonderful, and I will certainly be staying there again for any future visits to Bloomington. It was well appointed, with nice little touches in every room. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and serve a great meal, the living room comfortable a large enough to accommodate friends while watching a movie. Both bedrooms are comfortable and have their own televisions. The deck provides another great space to gather, and the yard more than enough room for kids or a dog to run around and play. The area is easy to reach, quiet, and only minutes from campus and all the great restaurants and other places of interest in Bloomington, as well as dedicated trails to walk or run. If this space is available during your stay, I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved Amy’s Artist cottage! It was so homey and comfortable, the beds were great and the fenced backyard was the best for our Rosie, she felt so comfortable and was not stressed at all. She usually is not comfortable in a strange place but was happy at Amy’s. Fully stocked kitchen and bath! The record player was a plus getting to play vinyls brought back old times! We experienced total quiet and students were still there. We come every year to an IU basketball game and will definitely stay at Amy’s. Loved all the artwork! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed every minute of our weekend getaway and this place made it even better very very roomie beautifully decorated.

Fantastic place to stay with 6 college guys coming back for a game. Communication was excellent and everything about the place was top notch.

Very cozy space!! Really appreciated the clear instructions and easy, but safe access. Felt secure since it's gated. Jordan was accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

It was such a cute condo, so homey and pretty! The kitchen was really well stocked, I was able to cook a meal and had everything I needed. Great hosts, and great condo! I would stay here again for sure. We were there to hike on our way home to TX, so it was nice to have a nice place shower and sleep it felt like luxury!

Beautiful place! Exactly how it was described and looks online. Location was perfect in the center of downtown. The host Heather sent a message after check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend and will rebook in the future.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

We stayed here for the night and went to an IU basketball game. It’s a great quiet location that’s a perfect uber ride to downtown. The space was perfectly furnished with all the necessities and it felt cozy and comfortable from the first step in the door. Free of clutter and VERY clean. It was perfect for a quick trip but could also see it being great spot for a long stay too! Thanks for offering a wonderful place to stay!

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

Wonderful place to stay to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city! Easy access to Bloomington but still a very peaceful area. Brandon’s place was beautiful and he was a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This was the perfect place for us & our friends to stay while in French Lick. Plenty of space for our families & conveniently located to everything we needed. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
