My family was obsessed with this place! The kids loved the upstairs “kid’s club”! Everything was perfect honestly. We just wish we had more time there to use the fancy kitchen and sit on the large porch. Rainy weather restricted us but we would love to come again to explore Indy more!

The house was beautiful and spacious with all the comforts of home. Main level is wide open with a lovely kitchen and living room, plus three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement hang-out is the perfect additional area. Very comfortable couch and beds. I highly recommend to anyone, especially those in town for events at Grand Park. Kroger and restaurants minutes away. Grand Park an easy 10-minute drive.

A nice stay. Convenient location. We had 3 couples and my husband and I were in the basement. My only two draw backs were, Very Basic walking on the main level was really amplified and pretty loud over the lower basement bedroom but once everyone went to bed and got quiet all was fine. Everything was clean and comfortable; beds/mattresses seemed new but just mediocre for me and a couple of others but everyone else seemed to sleep fine. Responsive host and easy instructions.

The Woodsy Retreat was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Indianapolis for a family wedding. We planned to stay in the city close to the venue but soon realized the city life was not for us - Especially for our daughter’s dog. The quiet peaceful location was perfect despite the rainy weekend. We could relax in the “home away from home” and enjoy our family time away from the bustle. Only a 35 minute commute to downtown Indianapolis. We will recommend this to others as we appreciate the close proximity, easy access and peaceful area.

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

This is a great place to stay in Fountain Square. It's a 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants and the record store. It also has off-street parking behind the house, which was great since you can only park on 1 side of the street. Definite bonus! The house was very clean and was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed for our entire stay (1 week). The beds were also comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I make it back to the area!

The house was great - plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 teens, a 10yo, and a dog! We loved the hot tub, ping pong, and skee ball!! Beds were comfy, house was well stocked, and we settled right in and had a great time. Location feels private and secluded, but was a 15 minute drive or less to everything we needed or wanted to do. Would absolutely book again!!

The house was amazing. I want to hire whoever did his lighting for my house. I cannot say enough good things about how awesome his place was. It was perfect for the weekend getaway. We had the dog enjoyed the yard.

Connie’s quaint apartment is cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home. It was a welcome respite on a quiet street. Connie strives to accommodate her guests’ every need.

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This is the ultimate penthouse. Perfect in every way. Book it and you won't regret it.

We had a relaxing mother and daughters weekend. The condo was perfect for our stay in every way. We took a long walk on the trail and ate out a few meals. Cooked in a few meals as well. Mona is very responsive. The condo is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I agree, some might need earplugs for street traffic. Great location. Might return in the future. Hoping to make this an annual event.

Host was super responsive, even when I messaged her at almost midnight about the wifi not working, she answered within minutes and resolved the issue in a timely manor. The apartment was clean and cozy.

fantastic host. clean place to stay. perfect location for us attending for the NFL combine. within walking distance to places to eat, things to do, the stadium and convention center. will recommend to anyone and everyone.

The Pink Lotus was a wonderful space. Very clean, easy accessibility and parking. The Host was very responsive to any needs, with wonderful directions. The space is very close to the heart of the city, making the walk enjoyable. I recommend to all. Bill

Perfect host for a perfect place!! I would rent this place anytime! Very nicely decorated and lots of room! If you’re looking for a place in downtown Indy this is the place.
