What a great Girls Weekend! We took out the canoe, had a fire in the fire pit and watched the lunar eclipse. We can't wait to go back to Patton Lake! Sissy the dog was another wonderful addition to our time there!

We booked this home on short notice (less than two hours prior to our arrival) and Jonathan was an excellent host. The home was clean and ready for us, plenty of space, very safe area with great walkability to shopping and restaurants, and only took an easy 20 min drive to all of our downtown activities. Plenty of linen, cooking equipment, and loved having a garage and large yard!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful house, comfy couch and beds and pillows. Smells amazing. Garage use was fantastic. It was really nice that they have things in cabinets and drawers that are useful and helpful. Felt like home. We would definitely stay here again. Super cute restaurants a walk across the street. Wish we found them sooner! 5 stars all around!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and clean. It was in a great location to drive to local restaurants and get downtown. Would stay here again!

From the moment I inquired about the property Michael went above and beyond! The best communication and accommodating host I have ever dealt with. The home was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. Extra supplies, toiletries, snacks upon arrival! Five stars without a doubt! Hands down did not disappoint! I appreciated his willingness to work around my daughter’s soccer schedule. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we are ever in this area again I will without a doubt stay here! So many options as well restaurants, coffee, grocery store, you name it! Our personal favorite restaurant was Grindstone on the Monon! Again, Michael hands down went above and beyond for my family!

We thought this tiny house felt much bigger than it was! very comfortable and a great use of space. We were able to walk easily over to the tinker house event venue for a wedding, and come back and change our shoes partway through. It is also just a short drive over to the Garage, where we got dinner the first night, and very accessible to downtown overall.

House is newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities, but they all appeared functioning. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was very beautiful! Clean, up to date amenities, the house was exactly as the listing described. SO close to the Indiana State Fair Grounds....you def could walk there, but we opted to drive still, but it is seriously probably a 10 min walk to the fair grounds. They have everything you could want already there, and more....shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, plates, cups, utensils, soaps, trash bags, hair dryers, etc......SO MUCH!! I know other reviews talked about the living room chairs not being super comfy, and they really aren't, BUT I knew that when I rented and we were ok with that, we would stay here again for sure!

Josh and Nicole were fantastic hosts! Their place was clean and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was our main reason for selecting this property. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to access. No complaints! We will definitely plan to stay again for our next trip on the area.
