We were in town for the winter holidays visiting family that lives in Lawrenceville. David’s house was wonderful for my family with two young boys. The air hockey table was a hit! Also loved the basement area that we used as a playroom. The backyard looked amazing but was too cold for us to enjoy. I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer. David was very friendly and responsive with questions. Highly recommend his place if you need to stay in the area.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable home! Safe neighborhood and 5 minutes to Stone Mountain. Highly recommended.

Our family of five stayed at Patryce’s Airbnb from December through January while our home was being renovated, and it was truly the best experience we've ever had. Spending Christmas and the New Year here felt magical. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen made holiday meals effortless. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort. What made this stay truly special was Patryce herself. She was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations, giving us a cozy, peaceful retreat during a transitional time. We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Perfect location to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will recommend this property. Perfect spacious private property. Thanks Porter Brothers for hosting us.

Amazing Stay with great hosts

Nancy is an amazing host and the house was beautiful. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Would 10/10 recommend.

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.

A beautifully restored historical home. Attention given to every detail. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning. A very easy stroll. There was no need for us to use our car because numerous shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the home. The backyard is private with a pool and hot tub. The front porch is wonderful to sit on the swing and watch the chickens across the street. If you have children, a very nice playground is across the street. This will be our go to place when we come down to visit our grandchildren.

The place was perfect for me. Close to amenities, and the highway. Thomas even had a cold bottle of wine waiting upon check in. Sheets were squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again!!

Nice place in a fairly convenient downtown location and less expensive than hotels in same general arwa. Would consider renting with hist again.

I and my wife were in town to assist our daughter who had sudden illness and had to be admitted in Emory hospital which is within a mile of Ken and Peter’s beautiful condo. I had rented a car and it was very nice to have a dedicated parking stall at the property. Everything we needed during the stay was within a driving distance and even though mid-town Atlanta can appear crazy as you make your way in high traffic, once inside the condo the hustle and bustle of the town kind of fade away as the condo is located high on the 14th floor. We briefly lost water as the building maintenance worked on an emergency leak or something but everything came back within a few hours. We had no problems during our stay, although at times the bedroom felt a little too warm given that a portable window air-conditioner is the only source of cool air in the unit and the windows can not be opened. That said, with our stay being in end of Jan, it was not a problem for us. Ken and Peter are great hosts!

Only my 3rd time staying at an Airbnb and I’m still not comfortable with the process BUT Gee made the experience so easy. The location is perfect for me!

Aaron was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Place was as pictured and very clean. Looking forward to booking with Aaron again!

The pictures of the condo were great but the place looks even better in person. If you plan on exploring downtown Atlanta, this is the perfect place to stay as it is close to everything. Lamar was such a great host and he always made sure that we were good . I’ll definitely stay here again in the future

I travel to Midtown ATL frequently for business and thought I’d try an Airbnb apartment instead of a hotel. Meagan’s high rise apartment fit the bill perfectly. An almost new, super clean, nicely furnished one-bedroom unit, it was cozy, comfortable, convenient, and had everything I needed. It’s located in a great spot, close to some excellent restaurants (especially Ecco!), and within walking distance of most of the key businesses in Midtown. And I really appreciated Meagan’s very prompt responses and assistance upon my arrival. A highly recommended property, and one to which I will very likely return.
