We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is thoughtfully set out with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, lovely ceramics and good quality pans, fresh flowers from the garden, as well as locally made sourdough bread, honey, butter, milk and eggs from local hens - such a treat. The surrounding gardens are wonderfully peaceful. Alex and David were great hosts, warm and friendly. This is a lovely place to stay when you need a break from the city.

I have never been to a more magical place. So peaceful, clean, and well thought out. Zoe has provided everything you could need for a memorable stay. She was extremely responsive and hospitable and we would 100% come back again! I’m only home less than 24 hours and have already sent the link to her place to 3 of my friends. Absolutely book this tiny slice of paradise you will not regret it 💕

What an amazing place! We loved our stay at this property and were very impressed with its impeccable cleanliness, presentation, water views and ease of use. The photos of this place do not do it justice and we loved it from the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The home is beautifully furnished with quality bedding and inclusions, providing many items not usually remembered in other properties that we have visited. The house was spotless and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable with perfect pillows. The use of the private jetty and pontoon was the icing on the cake and made our stay that much more special, with hours spent fishing amongst the serene surroundings. This is a host with the most, providing excellent and proactive communication with very clear instructions on how to access and enjoy the property. We had received news that my Father in law was being placed on end of life protocol, so we jumped in the truck with the dog and headed to Sydney. After seaching for a convienient location, that allowed dogs so we had booked Lupings' home last minute. She got back to me quickly and was able to accommodate us on short notice, which helped us out tremendously. Luping was so thoughful as to drop by w some chocolates as an empathy offering, which we felt was very kind. The location is very convienient if you were going to see the Sydney and the surrounding areas. There is a mall w 2 grocery stores and a train station nearby. Best of all, you can have your dog with you.

I booked Skyfarm for my brothers proposal. We were blown away by the beautiful location overlooking the Sydney basin. Nicky was so lovely, calling me to ask if I needed a hand setting everything up for his big moment. The property was beautiful and so well maintained. Thank you Nicky on behalf of my brother and his now Fiancé !!

I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, for an unforgettable experience!

The moment you step inside Kookawood you can see it's a labour of love. Hand built by the host and her husband and then lovingly curated (over what must have been years) both inside and out, to create an otherwordly escape that's equal parts French countryside, retro Australiana, whimsical bohemia and Vogue Living. Everywhere you look there's another beautiful item or another fabulous spot to curl up with a book or sit and soak in the view. It's difficult to pull off such maximalist decor well but this is just exquisite, somehow managing to be both super stylish and incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor bath, friendly fox, open fireplace and fabulous views from every window were particular highlights. Meanwhile the kitchen is amply stocked and the beds were super comfy. Tens across the board! On a practical note, we have a fairly low-slung sports sedan and we found it handled the driveway absolutely fine, provided you pay attention.

The goat stable was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a great time and enjoyed the soft tinkling bells of the goats in the paddock just outside.

Staying on the river was paradise. It was beautiful - especially from the deck! My only two suggestions is to share there is no wifi and that the beds are pushed up against a wall. Also, at least for us, there was no data connection. We were able to go into town and use the cafe wifi, but if we had seen in advance (there was a message about no wifi at the bottom of the description), we would have prepared better for working remotely. Also for older people, the beds only allow one person to get out and the other person has a wall they sleep along. Other than these two minor items that can be communicated in the description, the accommodation, the location and all of the extras are excellent. We enjoyed the bbq, the kayaks, the hammock and the firepit. Everything was comfortable and the a/c was helpful sleeping at night when there was a controlled burn. We definitely recommend staying here.
