Stayed here for my friends graduation at Fort Sill, and I was so happy to see the home looked exactly like the photos - clean and stunning! Perfect place to stay for a visit in Lawton, very close to everything and anything you could possibly think of (restaurants, groceries, etc.) During my stay, maintenance stopped by and they were just as nice and friendly as Ryan himself! I will almost always have a bunch of questions while traveling and Ryan was so quick to respond and it was highly appreciated. I would recommend this listing/host without a doubt! 😁

great place to stay for BCT Graduation at fort sill, about 10 minutes away from the base! awesome shower, comfortable bed and over all a night place for 2!

This Airbnb in Min was amazing! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Our stay at Ryan’s place was just like walking into a brand new home on closing day. It was equipped with new appliances, furniture and fixtures. We enjoyed the rain shower fixture in the open bathing area as well as the heated mirror that helped keep the steam cleared. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay with him in Lawton.

You need towel hooks in the bathroom for towels and on back of door hanging amenities bags. Stopper or drain needed in bathroom sink. The spouts for the shower went everywhere and the faucet I. The shower was backwards ( H and C) Lower prices on the candy in the candy rack. ( $3) for a chocolate bar? But everything else was great ! We probably won’t be back, ( son graduated from army warrant officer school! ) but these were a great find! Thank you!

My husband and I loved Ryan’s property! It is new, very clean, quiet, and comfortable! We love Medicine Park and have stayed several different places & I feel this was the best yet!! Ryan is a wonderful, responsive host and will be quick to answer any of your questions! We will definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect apartment rental, especially for BCT or AIT graduations. Very clean and well taken care of. Super comfortable bed & pillows. Felt right at home. Will definitely recommend and I would definitely rent again when I come back.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was amazing !! We could not believe how extremely clean this place was. Medicine Park is magical. We will definitely be staying again in the near future ! Ryan responded within 10 minutes with answers to all of our questions. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the parking lot. It is very narrow and hard to get a larger vehicle in to.

Ryan was an amazing host. Immediately responsive in his messaging, very helpful. The place was super cool. Brand new, squeaky, clean, high-tech, really really nice… Exactly as you see in the pictures. Would definitely stay there again. As a bonus, the laundry facilities were also super easy to use.

This is one of those locations that immediately feels like a home the moment you walk in. The place was gorgeous, cute, and clean upon arrival. Debbie was very clear and concise when it came to communication. could not have asked for a better place to stay!

the loft was perfect for a weekend getaway for two, cozy but spacious. the entrance is cute, with the little private bridge allowing access to the sidewalk. it was stocked with everything we needed plus Candace left muffins, fruit, juice, and more for us, so we didn’t even need to drive for breakfast or snacks. There was many kitties in the area, but they were no bother at all. 10/10 would stay here again.

The apartment was great, and the just was very helpful. We had issues with the Internet when getting there, and when I asked what was going on I got a quick response. It was out of their control, but Steve s checked periodically to for an update.
