Clean and peaceful stay with a few unavoidable insects as the unit is on the lowest floor. Joe was very responsive in answering qns & sharing tips. Apartment is bright and has plenty of space. Drinking water and coffee were provided. To go to the unit, one needs to walk down a flight of metal stairs. If the luggage is very heavy, it may be a problem. A couple of power trips occurred but were restored within minutes.

It’s a perfect place for a family, peaceful and quite located just few mins away from Boudha stupa. Dawa is very responsive and helpful. He would always answer our call and help us whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

It was great staying at this place in Kathmandu, as it is a peaceful area very close to the Maitidevi temple, the location initially looks very deep inside the alley but you get comfortable with it very soon as the neighbourhood is friendly. The host was always responsive to any query we had during our stay. The caretaker is also friendly and quickly resolved any problems or queries we had during our stay.

this was a great unit AND definitely was bigger then I expected based on the photos. it was complete and within the inner streets of the neighborhood....so it was away enough from the main road to avoid all the excess noise (from traffic/business etc). it was well equipped, comfy bed, basics in the kitchen but the host made it clear that anything we needed, she would try to accommodate - thats always a plus... amazing stay and happy we stayed here

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.
