ci abbiamo passato una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottimo anche con i bimbi perché al piano terra senza dover fare le scale con i passeggini. alloggio molto originale e super pulito. Situato in una via interna, tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi nelle estreme vicinanze, supermercati, banche, farmacie, ristoranti... ed il mare a 5 minuti a piedi. La signora Elisabetta che ci ha ospitato ci ha trattato benissimo ed ha risposto a tutti i nostri quesiti. dovessi tornare a Roseto la ricontatterei sicuramente.

Le voyage chez Gordon s’est très bien passé, son appartement est propre, bien équipé, et très bien situé. Gordon est un hôte réactif et arrangeant. Merci beaucoup pour ce voyage

Daniel’s apartment is perfect for a trip to Sperlonga, especially if you are traveling with a vehicle. The complex is modern and clean and within easy walking distance of the center of town. Very happy!

Marco's accomodation is perfect ! It is very cosy, clean, nice, with kitchen and bathroom, and has a central location which is a very big advantage. Within 2-3 minutes you can reach the center of Ponza with its restautants and all shopping facilities. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Marco is very kind and helpful. He send the guests a very good description per video, so after arriving in Ponza it is very easy to find the way to the house. I can only recommend Marco's house which made my stay in Ponza unforgottable nice.

Superb stay. 5 mins to free beach. 5 mins to central train station. Cosy and spaciuos apartment with lovely balcony.

Claudia's place was a perfect for us to stay few days close to town centre of Viterbo. It was quiet and cosy home with all we needed. Special thanks for recommendation to visit Monte Cimino - the beech forest was magnificient. We also visited Bullicame open-air hot springs and nice botanical garden near to hot springs.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Christian's place. It is central to every point of interest in any direction. The apartment was very spacious and had everything one could need for a few days or a longer stay. Christian was a responsive and thoughtful host and made us feel welcome and comfortable with lots of good suggestions and clear instructions for the apartment. The Internet was fast, cable TV a nice extra, good hot water and heating, lots of natural light and windows. We enjoyed the terrace off the bedroom and the two sofas in the living room, one for each of us to spread out after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spotless. Did I say amazing location? I'll say it again. We had a perfect stay and Christian and his lovely apartment were a huge part of that. We would love to return to Rome and stay at Christian's place in the future.

We are 2 people stayed for 3 nights. the apartment is easy to find, the instructions to get the key and to get inside the apartment is very clear with pictures to follow step by step. the apartment is on 6th floor with elevator. the apartment is clean and well equiped and spacious for 2 people. the bedding is of high quality and the bathroom is spacious too. these 2 features are important to me when I am on holiday, which Jesus's apartment provided. thank you Jesus!

Ho dato 5 stelle a questo alloggio in quanto io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’host è sempre disponibile, l’appartamento era pulitissimo e vicino la metro. Se dovessi tornare a Roma riprenderei questa casa, ottima esperienza.

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—actually, even better. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast. The location was perfect!!!—very close to the colosseum and to the great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

La casa es igual que las fotos tenía de todo en la cocina toallas limpias y Bee en todo momento atenta y para preguntarle cualquier duda . Había bares y algún supermercado cerca llamado Penny, recomiendo el angolo para el café y desayuno.Estaba cerca de la parada de metro y a unos 20 minutos de la estación de tren termini andando pero bien comunicado con los buses y el tran via si no quieres ir andando ( no recomiendo ir andando sobretodo denoche porque el barrio del tren era un poco sucio había ratas y gente un poco rara).Cerca de la casa a unos 15 minutos andando está la basílica de santa María la mayor.

친절한 호스트. 내 집처럼 편안했어요. 체크인은 직접 만나서 열쇠를 주고 안내해 줍니다. 침실, 거실, 발코니가 있어서 좋아요. 침구가 깨끗해요. 가스레인지를 사용할 때 라이터나 성냥이 필요해요. 인터넷 와이파이 속도가 빨라요. 전망이 좋아요. 주차장이 넓고 안전해요. 집이 추운편이에요.

The apartment is located in a very good place. The apartment is very spacious with the patio on the rooftop. Gras was very responsive.

Fabio (and his family) went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. The place was very comfortable for all 4 of us. very neat and spacious and a welcome place to come back to when we were done with the daily travels. ( He also helped facilitate exchanging a bag that was swapped by an elderly lady by mistake during a train ride!). Very detailed guidelines and help was provided despite him recovering from some recent ailment. Getting Taxis or walking to nearby spots was convenient. Fabio does a fabulous job! Highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Rome.

O apartamento é bem localizado, funcional e está em ótimas condições. A Sônia é uma ótima anfitriã, solícita, gentil, deu várias dicas úteis sobre o comércio próximo. Nos deixou bem a vontade e foi bastante flexível. Gostamos muito da estadia e recomendamos fortemente.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est magnifique, traversant, équipé, calme dans un quartier sûr. Le café à 2 rues de l’appartement fait du bon café et de bons snacks, nous y sommes allés 3 fois dans la semaine. Le lit est hyper confortable, un vrai cocon, le linge de lit en coton était doux et les coussins meilleurs que les miens chez moi… J’ai dormi comme un bébé. Le métro est à moins de 10 minutes, les lignes de bus à proximité (5 minutes) rayonnent vers toute la ville. Je recommande fortement l’appartement de Giacomo. Merci pour tout !

L’alloggio é davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, con una terrazza splendida (sfruttabile in qualsiasi stagione). Unico piccolissimo difetto, che poi si trasformerà in un enorme pregio, é la sua posizione… se non si conosce la città di Roma, la prima volta non è semplice da trovare, persino Google Maps aveva difficoltà… ma una volta trovato, sarà nella posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico ! Soprattutto, offrendo una terrazza splendida, é in grado di regalarti relax e benessere dopo una lunga giornata ! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio ! Ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di viaggiatore !

Siamo stati qui due volte a distanza di 5 mesi. Ottimo appartmento in una zona tranquilla, facile parcheggio e non troppo distante dal centro. Entrambe le volte ottima comunicazione da parte dell'host. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent location to access the Vatican and surrounding area! The Castel D’Angelo was a great site to visit as well. Great food nearby. Some tv noise from the neighbors and the train station nearby so bring earplugs! Loved that this was also on the first floor, not a ton of stairs to climb. Thank you for providing breakfast goodies too!

Llegamos y el anfitreon noeestaba esperando, nos mostro con detalle el alojamiento, fue muy amable y nos mostro un instructivo muy util, en resumen fue muy atento y ademas nos dejo unos presentes al llegar, un sinfin de atenciones

Anna Rita was very responsive from the start, providing all the information we needed. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many famous Roman sights, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, making it very quiet. The apartment itself feels spotless, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for a short stay. Bath tubs are a bit challenging for a quick shower, but squeaky clean and new. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we would definitely recommend it!
