Latium : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt in dieser gut geschnittenen und privat gelegenden Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das herausragende Merkmal ist sicherlich die private Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf das Wasser und der tierische Besuch am Morgen beim Frühstück. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können eine Buchung sehr empfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a lovely time at Carlotta’s amazing apartment. It was spotlessly clean and check in was seamless - met by Carlotta’s brother who also gave us helpful information and recommendations. There is a lovely restaurant just downstairs where we used to enjoy a coffee and croissant each morning, there are also a few other places to eat within a few metres. There is a local supermarket just around the back of the apartment block- 5 minute walk. The Collesseum is a 15 minute walk away and you can get on the Hop On Hop Off bus there. The metro (San Giovanni) is also a 10/15 minute walk away and there are lots of restaurants here also. We would definitely recommend Carlotta’s place

Excelente local. Corresponde às expectativas . Muitos lugares bonitos nas proximidades e muito fácil para se deslocar a Roma de trem. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos. Recomendamos e pretendemos retornar.

Leondina ci è piaciuta per la sua disponibilità, il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza. È stato un piacere soggiornare presso il suo appartamento, molto carino, situato in una posizione estremamente comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi ma anche altri servizi. L’appartamento è luminoso, pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Ritorneremo a trovarla molto volentieri se passiamo di nuovo per la bella Roseto! Grazie ancora!

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

Nedim's place was an excellent choice for a short city brake. The apartment is easy to reach by local train (Tuscolana station) and metro A line gets you everywhere. The best part of the apartment is definitely the roof terrace. It gives you a private outdoor space above the city traffic after spending the day around the city.

Nossa hospedagem foi excelente. Lugar lindo e muito limpo. O Andrea foi muito gentil e no check in nos deu um mapa de Roma com muitas dicas do que fazer e onde ir. Simplesmente ótimo!

El departamento de Giuseppe está bien ubicado, recorrimos casi todos los lugares de interés caminando. Solo usamos el subte unas pocas veces ya que nos gusta mucho caminar. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada. Tiene todo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. El Lavarropas y la secadora de ropa fueron muy útiles. La calefacción con radiadores funcionó perfectamente, también tiene aire acondicionado que lo probamos y funcionaba perfecto. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas también. Lo único que tenía es que hay una pizzería abajo y se escucha ruido si abrís la ventana del living así que la mantuvimos cerrada y estuvimos perfectos. Recomiendo el departamento de Giuseppe y me volvería a alojar sin dudarlo.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo appartamento ma siamo state super felici della disponibilità e gentilezza della Sig.ra Gabriella. L’appartamento è molto ampio e molto pulito, all’interno non manca davvero nulla, molto accogliente, ben arredato e a due passi dalla metro. La zona è super servita. Lo consiglio vivamente!

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane appartamento pulito e in ordine .Giuseppina molto cordiale ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per iniziare la vacanza cordialmente ha fornito le istruzioni x prendere i mezzi e girare Roma ,ci siamo sentite a casa .

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

Isabella is an amazing host - was very flexible and quick to respond. I booked the place last minute and Isabella got it ready by my arrival. The place was spotless and clean. it had everything you needed and having a washer was a nice touch. The location is ideal for the north of Rome. You can walk around everywhere and there are amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house itself is huge a lot of space and you don’t feel crammed. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the room is comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony was a nice touch.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

Just an hour from rome, this lovely stay is just perfect. The view from the window every morning, and the restaurants just outside the door, made the location great. The host was so welcoming, and made our stay fun and homey, she just thought of everything! Hope to come again soon...
