Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

Angelo's huis aan Lago di Scanno is super! Binnen ruim en schoon en zeer geschikt voor 4 mensen. Buiten met mooi uitzicht op het meer, en een heerlijke tuin om in te ontspannen. Angelo is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die ook goed te bereiken is. Al met al een toplocatie!

Ottimo alloggio, anche se per un soggiorno breve siamo stati benissimo, veramente ben attrezzato. Maurizio sempre gentile e disponibile!

Un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca relax e natura! L’alloggio si trova a pochi passi dal lago, una posizione impagabile per chi ama passeggiare o semplicemente godersi il panorama. La tranquillità del luogo è un grande punto a favore, ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato è l’area esterna attrezzata, perfetta anche per chi viaggia con il proprio cane. Inoltre, l’host Marta è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, permettendoci di lasciare la casa ben oltre l’orario di check-out, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rigenerante.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti come appoggio per un battesimo, ma se dovessimo tornare, la riprenderei sicuramente. Zona tranquilla, casa molto carina e ben curata, nel centro storico e molto vicina al lungo lago, Ambra molto disponibile e gentile.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Meine Tochter und ich waren eine Nacht bei Dilara zu Gast. Dilara war sehr unterstützend und hat hilfreiche Tipps für die Weiterreise gegeben. Der Check-in war gut und ausführlich beschrieben und wir hatten keine Probleme, die Wohnung zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und wohnlich eingerichtet, Dilara hat für ihre Gäste an alles gedacht! Die Nähe zur Bahn war für uns als Flugreisende ideal. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. Paolo was always responsive, assisted us with everything. We absolutely recommend this place! The views are spectacular! Book it to enjoy the local experiences of Scanno. 🤗🙏

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

Lorenzo host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto e illustrato alcuni luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. L'alloggio è molto pulito, posizione super tranquilla e nessun vicino. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni insieme al nostro cane che poteva tranquillamente stare in giardino (privato e chiuso) e visitato tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Gli unici aspetti "negativi" dell'alloggio sono stati la mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere da letto, il che significa che d'estate, lasciando le finestre aperte (si stava benissimo!) qualche insetto è entrato, e la lontananza dal centro abitato: se la sera si vuole fare un giro in paese la strada per arrivarci è in salita e piuttosto lunga. Quest'ultimo aspetto a noi non ha pesato perché la sera, dopo lunghe camminate, siamo sempre andati a letto dopo cena. Non abbiamo usufruito del barbecue. In sintesi: esperienza più che positiva e super consigliata a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax per visitare l'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casina di Tiro ed è stata una gran bella esperienza. La prima sera è finita la bombola del gas, non solo Giuseppe si è precipitato a sostituirla, ma ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Che dire? Crediamo che non avremmo potuto trovare un host migliore.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the little details and the cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Wunderschönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, grosser Pool. Wunderbare Umgebung in der Natur mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

הגענו למקום בקלות והנחיות הכניסה היו ברורות. המקום מרווח, יפה, נקי ומסודר. החצר מקסימה והנוף מרהיב. האירוח מפנק ונעים. המארחים הגיבו מהר לפניות שלנו והיו מאוד מועילים. נהנינו מאוד!

Mi sono ritagliato un paio di giorni di completo relax coi miei cani non troppo lontano da casa (85Km) e la situazione è stata pienamente all'altezza delle mie aspettative, se non anche più. La location è davvero splendida e Maria è un'host molto cordiale, estremamente gentile, sempre disponibile e fin da subito presente, ma senza essere invadente o indiscreta. Il posto è davvero meraviglioso per chi ama la natura e cerca una pausa dal caos cittadino. Inoltre c'è anche un barbecue con cui cucinare carne o pesce alla brace all'aperto e liberamente. Nelle vicinanze c'è poi M.te San Biagio, così come la sughereta di San Vito, che consiglio di visitare. A fianco si trova 1 club di canottaggio (con bar incluso) dove prendere anche pedalò con cui avventurarsi attraverso il lago di Fondi, oppure godersi dal giardino che affaccia direttamente sul lago, la meraviglia di tramonti fantastici. Insomma un posto romantico, per rilassarsi e riposare in santa pace!

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Andrea war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt und unsere Koffer transportiert, weil wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen und ist generell sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech und die Familie über uns war sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine wundervoll Zeit.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

The photos are not accurate - it was better! We came in winter time and still it was beautiful and we had a great time! The location is incorrect in the air bnb app - it is literally on the lake! With a tiny boat a swing 2 sunbathing chairs and a grill for self use. Nice host with a warm welcome - he cared a lot about our stay. We had such a nice time and the view! Wowww!

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

Alessandra était présente pour notre arrivé avec un accueil très chaleureux. Logement fidèle au photos. Il y avait tout le nécessaire. Nous avons aimé prendre l’apéritive dans la terrasse avec des petit lièvres qui se baladaient. Environnement très calme, privé et près du lac et de Bolsena. Belle découverte. Alessandra nous a bien conseillée des lieux à visiter et des restaurant typiques. Nous vous recommandons 100% ce logement.

Casa arredata con stile e gusto, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per alloggiare. Due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello, una cucina super attrezzata e un bagno con doccia enorme. Tutte le stanze hanno aria condizionata ( anche se non l'abbiamo quasi mai usata in quanto c'è sempre aria fresca che sale dal lago) e zanzariere, anche la porta di ingresso. Pulizia top, legna per il barbecue vista da sogno... insomma super consigliata! Nelle vicinanze ingresso diretto al parco del Circeo dalla chiesetta di Molella, ristorantini, rovine romane visitabile su prenotazione, escursioni a cavallo, barca o Sup, etc.. Pace e tranquillità saranno i protagonisti. Facile comunicazione con Alessandra, super disponibile in tutto.
