Latium : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Nice flat. Well located. Just on the edge of the historic center, it was very quiet but still had quite a lot of interest very close by plus all the amenities of everyday city living. Great value.

What a magical stay— Piero’s space is an absolute dream, nestled in the corner of a beautiful mountain town with a sweeping view of the valley below. The apartment is an old stone barn lovingly restored and finished by Piero and his wife, extremely comfortable. Piero is an excellent host and gave my husband and I great guidance on where to hike, eat, and explore. It’s an incredibly peaceful location, in the mornings, you can hike through the woods behind the town, in the afternoons, explore the other hilltop towns nearby. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Italy this is by far our favorite. A very special place, can’t recommend more!

Todo perfecto, metro en la puerta del edificio, terraza espectacular y tenia todo lo que podia necesitar, apartamento decorado con mucho gusto, muchos pequeños detalles muy agradables

Alloggio molto spazioso e accogliente! Sicuramente datato con oggetti e elementi di arredo che andrebbero rinnovati, ma ben tenuto. Super tranquillo, a due passi dal mare. Tanta cura e attenzione per gli ospiti, dalle opzioni per la colazione che saltano fuori da una credenza (piacevolmente inaspettate), ai giochi e libri per i bimbi. Insomma non ci siamo mai incontrate ma è stato come essere a casa!! Non manca nulla! (Forse solo un microonde😁). Perfetto per una pausa di relax, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Boa localização , perto do centro histórico e do Vaticano e também do metro. Casa com todas as comodidades impecáveis . Muito tranquilo e silencioso. A cama fica em cima de uma plataforma de ferro e tem de se aceder subindo degraus, também não é muito grande . Para nós foi perfeito mas pode ser um obstáculo para pessoas com alguma dificuldade de mobilidade. Voltaremos com toda a certeza :)

The apartment was absolutely lovely, just like the descriptions, it also requires to climb a few flights of stairs to get to it. However, it was a real gem and you can really feel at home as the apartment is fully equipped from bathroom amenities to iPhone and Apple Watch charging equipments, to Dyson hair dryer/ straightener/ curler, and kitchen appliances. There were even sanitary pads which came in handy especially when travelling. The washing machine worked as a dryer too and it already had detergent in it. Uncle Giorgio helped us during our check in and he was friendly, explaining to us every detail of the apartment for our use. It was a great experience, we were truly impressed by the hospitality, and we are glad that we chose to stay here!

Martin’s is a friendly, responsive host with a lifetime connection to Rome — he has a great place here. We were travelling with two sons plus a girlfriend and three daughters — eight in total — the perfect number of travellers for this historic and amazing spot. It is exactly like the photos; comfortable and full of interesting little nooks; and right in the middle of the Trastevere neighborhood — which has some amazing churches; screams with restaurants and bars and cafes; and is in easy walking distance of the old city. Very popular with 18-30 years olds which was our main group demographic. Can’t recommend it enough it’s a great solution for a friend or family group.

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

A well-located, clean, quiet, and beautiful apartment that was perfect for a two day stay in Rome. And very safe — a carabinieri fleet is located just outside the door! The host Serena was kind and responsive, and the neighborhood guide and bottle of prosecco were very nice touches! You do need a bit of agility to get around the apartment (some stairs down into the living room and up into the bathroom, and a lower ceiling in the kitchen area). I highly recommend!

I would strongly reccomend this apartment. After arriving at the apartment, guests should carefully read all of Alessandro's instructions.

Giulio’s place made our stay feel just like home. Excellent location, clean, cozy and quiet after a long day of exploring. Amazing options for restaurants. Neighborhood was extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Rome!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !

Valerio e’ stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante abbia fatto una prenotazione last minute la sera stessa La casa e’ incantevole sembra di essere in una di quei loft che si vedono sulle riviste specializzate. Sicuramente straconsigliata

Ho trascorso qualche giorno splendido nel loft del Sig. Angelo a Carbognano. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godere dell'atmosfera autentica del borgo. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni e Angelo è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante in un contesto unico!
