Una bella sorpresa, l'alloggio oltre ad essere dotato di tutti i comfort si trova anche in una posizione strategica, al centro dello splendido Borgo di Pettorano. Margherita è stata gentilissima e ci ha offerto parecchi spunti per attività e ristoranti. Da notare anche la pulizia e l'ordine della casa. Torneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Frederica’s place was perfect. The location cannot be beat. It was not more than 15 minutes to anywhere by taxi and we also walked to most of the major attractions (about 25-30 minutes). Many grocery stores, local markets - including a farmers market on Saturday, and restaurants around. The airbnb itself was great for 6 of us - including a 5 year old. The terrace was cute and was a great way to unwind with some antipasti and wine before dinner. Frederica and Margarita were also super responsive, and very clear with instructions. Overall, the perfect stay in Rome with friends and I highly recommend this place.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

The perfect flat location in prime central Rome. The apartment is up steps to an interior courtyard and terrace. It is quiet although in a busy zone. The interior, furnishings and kitchen were all good. Heating kept the flat warm in a cold snap. The setting is extraordinary because you are on a famous upmarket shopping street just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. It's a friendly, safe and well-policed location with easy transport links. Recommended!

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

The charm of the apartment, the location, and the spaciousness made for a terrific week. Celebrating a 70th birthday and a teenage spring break was a success in this home away from home. We recommend.

Location fabulous, easy reach of sights. Terrace was a lovely bonus. Bedrooms all with en-suite made group share much easier.

We stayed at this apartment from January 5th to 9th, and it was an incredible experience! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Rome, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon were easily accessible, and the surrounding neighborhood was filled with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. On top of the unbeatable location, the apartment itself was beautifully designed. The interior had a stylish, modern aesthetic with thoughtful details that made the space feel truly special. While we spent most of our time out exploring, it was lovely to come back to such a central and cozy spot at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a centrally located and exceptionally designed place to stay in Rome, this is it. Highly recommend!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

Great Place in the middle of Trastevere. Amazing roof terrace and nice layout. A bit noisy and bright (bring eye mask) but that’s what you get when you’re THAT central in the coolest part of Rome

A hidden gem in Rome. The flat is located in a truly authentic Roman district, surrounded by excellent local restaurants and pizzerias. At the same time, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

L'appartamento di Marianna è molto bello, arredato con gusto, comodo, luminoso e in un'ottima posizione. Il plus sicuramente le due terrazze. Si trova in un elegante condominio di recente costruzione, a pochissimi minuti dalla fermata della metro, dal supermercato, da bar e ristoranti. Il Pigneto è un quartiere tranquillo e con un vasta offerta di locali interessanti. Marianna è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Non solo ci ha dato la possibilità di anticipare il check in e posticipare il check out, ma ci ha aiutato con i nostri spostamenti, organizzando per noi i anche i transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo!

Eriselda to świetny gospodarz, miła, pomocna i zawsze szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Nie było problemu z późnym zameldowaniem i późniejszym opuszczeniem apartamentu. Miejscowość spokojna, piękna plaża, zachód słońca a w okolicy dużo barów i dwa dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy spożywcze. Apartament taki jak w opisie, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka, ręczniki itp. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżka małżeńskie i przestronny taras z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko lotniska ale bez hałasu samolotów, również łatwy dojazd do Rzymu. Polecam tą kwaterę. 😊

Beautiful apartment, with terrific views, and well located to explore all Rome has to offer. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Our trip to Rome wouldn't have been as unforgettable as it was if it wasn't for Marina and her lovely apartment. Not only it is cozy and well equipped (as in the pictures), but it also has a charming deck where breakfast could last forever. The location is ideal: close to the San Pietro's train station, where buses run really often and connect the area to all the main attractions of the city, and a 15-minute walk away from the Vatican City. Despite there being several apartment buildings in the area, the neighborhood is surprisingly serene. Marina was extremely helpful from the beginning, and she was always available. Some days prior to our arrival, she provided us key information about the neighborhood (supermarkets, drugstores, etc.) and the public transport. The check-in process was simple (Marina walked us through it with pictures), and for people coming from Fiumicino airport, the apartment is really easy to get to (San Pietro's station is, as mentioned, close by).
