Latium : location de maisons de vacances

Great stay with my college age daughter. Fantastic location. Marco met us on the street by the front door and got us settled. He took care of all of our requests. Amazing and surreal to see the Colosseum every day as you walk to and from the flat. Nice to have grocery store and Cafe just around the corner. Marco's place was wonderful.

Great apartment in the center of the city. Location is a 10 out of 10. So easy to walk everywhere in Rome from the front door. Love having a W/D for our use. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. My mom appreciated having the elevator. Thank you Edoardo for memorable stay.

Excellent Location and Immersive Roman Experience I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an incredible experience. The apartment is in an excellent location, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to see in Rome. Whether I was strolling to a nearby café or heading to a landmark, everything felt within reach. The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. It had all the amenities I needed, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. One of the things I loved most was how each time I stepped outside, I immediately felt immersed in Roman life. The street below seemed to have a life of its own, constantly evolving from morning to night. From the busy hustle of people in the day to the relaxed vibe of evenings, I felt like I was part of the city’s rhythm. It was the perfect balance of convenience and cultural immersion. I would definitely recommend this place this place

Andrea and her assistant Lucia were absolutely great from the first message after we booked her her beautiful place to the moment we left. The place is fantastically located, beautiful, and you will truly feel immersed in a charming Italian neighborhood. Our 4 year-old son loved everything about Andrea’s place and so did we. The communication was fantastic, and both Andrea and Lucia (who checked us in) were phenomenal. We will surely be back! Grazie per tutto, Andrea! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze natalizie, la zona è ottima, comoda per visitare a piedi l'intero centro storico di Roma, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è confortevole per ospitare una famiglia di 5 persone. Giuliana è stata d'aiuto per qualsiasi occorrenza, spesso proattiva nei suoi consigli.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for all the main attracyions that Rome has to offer. Near a beautiful piazza with lots of bars and restaurant. Great hosts. Thank you both.

Andrea is an amazing host and was very helpful right from the start and always asking if we needed any information/help related to our visit. He provided detailed information and was there to receive us and make us comfortable with the apartment. He also went out of his way to book a taxi for our early morning departure. The place was fully stacked with food (bread, pasta, variety of breakfast bars and cereals), different beverages and even a bottle of milk.

Casina splendida e suggestiva immersa nella natura delle campagne circostanti, ideale per staccare dalla routine e dalla frenesia. Nonostante siamo certi che, per i servizi offerti (piscina, barbecue, giardino) d’estate sia ancor più eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. È tutto come da descrizione. Enzo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile con gli orari del check in. Ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è messo a completa disposizione. Nella casina ci ha fatto visita qualche insettino ma è più che normale vista la location, sarebbe stato strano il contrario. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

Valentina è stata super disponibile, appartamento perfetto e pulito e inoltre mi ha consigliato posti ottimi dove mangiare😋 sono rimasta molto contenta

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome dans le logement de Mario. Le logement contient tout le nécessaire pour se sentir chez-soi et Mario a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La ligne du Métro C est vraiment à quelques pas du logement. En cas de fermeture de ligne (la ligne est fermée à partir de 21h jusqu’au mois de juillet), comptez 25 minutes de marche depuis l’arrêt San Giovanni.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

We had an amazing stay and I can’t recommend it enough! From the very first moment, Diandra was incredibly responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. She made us feel welcome. The apartment is spotless and looks even better than in the photos! It’s new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The Jacuzzi was a highlight for us – we used it every evening after our long walks around Rome. The hot water was always available. The location is ideal – close to everything you want to see, yet quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere while still having a calm environment. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment. The heating was excellent and fast, and there was also ac. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine and a smart TV, which was a nice bonus. Diandra kindly allowed us to do a late check-in with no extra charge. This was the perfect place for our week in Rome! ❤️❤️

Ο Eduardo ήταν πολύ φιλικός ,ευγενικός απαντούσε γρήγορα,το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο και σε καλή τοποθεσία !!!

Nous etions 8 et un bébé. Nous avions loué un appartement et 3 chambres pendant 14 nuits. Les logements etaient propres, piscine parfaite, facile d'accès, une hôte toujours tres réactive pour la moindre demande. Femmes de menage très sympathique, ménage fait apres 7 jours et changement des draps de lit proposé par l'hôte pour un meilleur confort 👌 Micro-onde mis a disposition sur demande pour les biberons du bébé (encore merci) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons sans problème Ps : si vous y aller pour faire la fête, respectez les autres famille ou personne sur place 🙂

100% recommend Livia's place. Location is perfect, we walked pretty much everywhere, its close to all main spots, lots of food and shopping options just steps away, beautiful historic street and neighborhood. Our party of 8 had a variety of ages, from 72 years old to 5 years old and the apartment was pefect for all. Quite spacious, 3 full bathrooms and stocked kitchen. Livia was very responsive & friendly. We had a minor issue with wi-fi one night and she was super quick to provide a solution. She was also able to accomodate an early check in which was helpful since our flight arrived early in the morning & provided a recommendation of a transportation company for pick up/drop off at airport. Prosecco bottle waiting for ua in the fridge was a nice gesture as well. It was a perfect stay, thanks for everything!

Ilaria was extremely flexible, courteous and friendly. I can warmly recommend her as a hostess. The flat matches the description and we felt very comfortable.

Πολύ ωραίο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι. Βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά από το Κολοσσαίο σε πολύ καλή γειτονιά. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ίσως από τους καλύτερους που έχω πετύχει. Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε οτιδήποτε θέλαμε, πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

My son and I had an amazing stay at this Rome apartment! Andrea was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly equipped for our needs. We especially loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment - it was such a convenient bonus! Le logement était parfait tant par sa localisation que par ses pièces spacieuses. Nous sommes venus en famille. C’était parfait. Massimo a été vraiment super accueillant et très pro. Nous garderons un superbe souvenir de notre séjour à Rome!

Cinzia was a wonderful host. Very responsive and so helpful in anticipating our potential needs. She took care of our airport transfer which simplified our experience. The apartment was very well stocked with all kinds of kitchen niceties and Cinzia provided some very sweet welcome gifts. There was absolutely nothing that we found to be missing!! The location of the apartment was terrific with many excellent food options. We walked everywhere. So close to Vatican and easy walking to all major sites. Perfect! Thank you Cinzia!!!

Local aconchegante, o espaço é maior do que mostra nas fotos, camas confortáveis, espaço limpo e organizado, toalhas de banho e rosto em quantidade suficiente e bem limpas, chuveiro quente (só o banho não pode ser mais que 5min ou 10min que a água quente termina, pois tem um aquecedor de água que demora a encher novamente), local na volta com restaurante, mercado e transporte perto. Fácil acesso a todas as áreas turísticas.
