Le Grazie : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir waren hier zum zweiten Mal und es war wieder alles perfekt! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal :-)

Questa casa è un vero gioiello… situata in un luogo davvero perfetto, vicinissimo a tutto quello che vorresti ma alla stessa volta una zona di Riomaggiore molto tranquilla… la piccola terrazza era perfetta per fare colazione o avere un aperitivo con i belli tramonti ogni sera…c’è anche un altro paio di sedia riclinabile nel giardino bellissimo. Edoardo e Giulia sono ospiti incredibilmente organizatti, disponibili e gentili. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente, e l’ arredamento è di ottimo gusto . Non c’è niente tranne cose positive da dire.

Nous avons adoré loger chez Franco. Nos hôtes ont étaient très réactifs. Nous avons eu des explications très très claires pour trouver l’appartement joliment décoré et très propre ! celui ci est très très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare, du centre et de la marina ! nous vous remercions pour vos bons plans, pour le café et tout ce que vous avez mi à disposition dans l'appartement pour que l’on puisse passer un excellent séjour. nous reviendrons sans hésité !!! tout était parfait ! Encore merci !

Wij komen al 33 jaar in Bonassola. Voor het eerst in dit appartement. Enige puntje is dat de verdieping onder appartement in niet optimale staat verkeert maar staat los van het gehuurde object.

Super séjour chez veve. Nous avions fait un roadtrip en Italie et notre dernière étape était la Spezia et les cinque terre où nous sommes restés 3 jours chez veve. L accueil a été très chaleureux par le gentil papa de veve. L appartement est très mignon et suffisant pour une famille avec un petit jardin. L intérieur est très propre et très decore comme une demeure grecque. Veve avait préparé notre arrive, et du très bon café. Malgré les 36 degré la maison est frais le petit jardin sublime pour une pause café et petit déjeuner. Veve est très réactif et échangé beaucoup, j ai piqué tout ces café elle n a pas hésité à en ramener. Vraiment très bon séjour je reviens très sûrement.

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte bei Eugen und es war alles super! Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber, alles wichtige war vorhanden und die Kommunikation lieg einwandfrei ab :) ein kleines Highlight war ein Kochabend in der Outdoorküche, mit italienischen Gerichten und organisiert und veranstaltet von Eugen. Zudem wurde uns mit einem Bußgeldticket geholfen, da wir ohne Ticket auf die Autobahn gefahren sind. Da wir kein italienisch sprechen, war es schwer für uns hier zu handeln und uns wurde dies quasi abgenommen. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und unterstreicht für uns nur noch einmal die Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

Alessio’s place was the perfect location with a gorgeous view of Vernazza and the hiking trails and surrounding area! We loved the balcony, even though it rained while we were there. We still enjoyed it as much as possible! Alessio was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations, especially because we were visiting in the off-season in the winter!

Tolle Unterkunft , hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. Sarah ist super nett, war immer erreichbar und konnte immer helfen. Besonders toll fanden wir, die überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Hier konnten wir auch bei Regen sitzen. Wir haben die 14 Tage genossen und können die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Abitazione di facile accesso, anche grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute da Sara. Area tranquilla. Vani ben tenuti e puliti, effettivamente è tutto pressoché nuovo. La strada ove è posizionata la casa è a senso unico e non ha il parcheggio interno privato. quindi per lasciare l'auto in sosta bisogna avere un po' di fortuna per trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Questo forse è l'unico punto sfavorevole, ma comunque risolvibile facendo "4 passi" in più. Consigliato.

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e pulito (stoviglie e pentole comprese, una rarità negli appartamenti in affitto). Posizione centrale anche se non comodissima per il mare. Giacomo gentilissimo e molto chiaro nelle comunicazioni, ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi e nostra figlia. Consigliato!

La posizione della casa di Emanuele è ottima per raggiungere a piedi in pochissimi minuti sia la spiaggia (5min) sia la zona pedonale (1 min) di Carrara Marina. E' molto confortevole, ristrutturata e arredata con molto gusto, pulizia impeccabile e molto ben fornita di accessori. Molto comoda la zona esterna, ideale per pranzare e prendere il sole, composta da un giardinetto, un terrazzo coperto e l'area lavanderia. Un ringraziamento a Greta, gentilissima e molto disponibile a supportarci fornendo ottime referenze. Siamo stati molto bene. Struttura ottima che consiglio vivamente.

Die Unterkunft war in einer kleinen Stadt ca. 20-30 Minuten von den Stränden La Spezias und Umgebung entfernt. Es gab süße kleine Gassen und eine Burg auf dem Berg. Die Pizzeria war sehr süß und perfekt für einen Aperitif. Mit einem kleinen Bus kommt man in Nachbardörfe oder direkt nach La Spezia ohne Umstieg. Der Bus fährt ca. 5-6 Mal am Tag. Mit dem Auto ist alles auch wunderbar zu erreichen, das hatten wir aber nicht. Die Bewohner der Stadt waren nett und haben sich auch oft in der Pizzeria getroffen. Perfekt für ein Stück Italien auf nicht ganz so touristische Weise. Alessio war nett und hilfreich, immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Den Berg kann man auch zu Fuß hoch- und runtergehen, hoch ist es aber gute 25 Minuten bergauf, also mit Koffern nicht zu empfehlen. Am Fuß des Berges liegt ein Penny und sonst bringt einen der Bus auch zu anderen Supermärkten. Alles in allem, waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden.

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

This was our favorite stay in all of Italy. It was extremely clean, well located, with easy self check-in with a key box to leave the keys so you wouldn’t need to worry about them at the beach. ~15 minute walk on flat level ground from the Monterosso train station. Probably 5 minutes walk to the beach Anne was so amazing, she helped us make reservations for all of our restaurants prior to our stay and provided us a wonderful guest book which we pretty much followed to a T! She was also very flexible with assisting with the train strike issues we had. There was L’occitane hand soap and lotion, shampoo, and body wash as well as American adapters everywhere. You could enjoy espresso inside the home with their beautiful Nespresso de’longhi machine, which was amazing as well as provided crackers, tea, Nutella, jelly, milk, and a bottle of wine, which we did not use but much appreciated. Provided books to read & washer! We wish we had more time to spend here and miss it so much already.

Cercavamo un posticino tranquillo dove trascorrere il capodanno con la nostra cagnolina e l'alloggio di Fabrizio è stato l'ideale. A pochi minuti dal pittoresco borgo di Bagnone, si trova in un punto strategico per visitare la zona della Lunigiana. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario...noi abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno in casa e la cucina era davvero attrezzata! Molto pulito, ordinato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica da togliere il fiato dove ci si può rilassare in un'atmosfera di pace... anche la nostra cagnolina l'ha apprezzata molto! La sera abbiamo potuto ammirare i fuochi d'artificio che provenivano da tutte le località della vallata. Fabrizio è un host molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which fully met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. Denis was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was perfect for our dinner plans. While the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, we didn’t find it to be an issue. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t detract from the overall experience. We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Accueil très sympathique de Matteo et sa maman. Ils ont été souriant et nous ont donné plein de conseils et recommandations sur les services de la ville et les alentours. Le logement est idéalement placé à 10 minutes (en marchant gentiment) de la gare pour aller aux Cinque Terre. Je recommande vivement.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, alloggio pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione. Proprietari molto disponibili e precisi nelle indicazioni.

10/10 recommend! Super comfy bed and pillows and awesome rain shower head! Super close/walkable to restaurants, cafes, stores (grocery & pharmacy right next door), and beach but also felt private and quiet. One thing to note that is not in the description is that you have to climb 95 stairs to get to the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but it could be a barrier for some.

Illarias Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz, sie hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und dazu gehört ein gepflegter Pool zum Schwimmen. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Altstadt von Sestri L, der Bahnhof ist in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Illaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat den Check-In und Out einfach und komfortabel organisiert, hat interessante Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Illaria.
