Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Luca est un hôte parfaitement accueillant. Le kit de bienvenue est très pratique et très sympa ! La communication tout au long du séjour a été top, il nous as donné de très bons conseils et de bonnes adresses afin de visiter la région dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est très propre et bien organisé, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est prévu ! Nous recommandons fortement Luca et son logement!

kontakt z gospodarzem od początku był bardzo sprawny i jasny. Dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje jak się zameldować i wszystko było zgodne. sam nocleg był na 1p. Wiec nawet dla nas (a mieliśmy wózek dla dziecka) było to ok. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i blisko zarówno dworca jak i centrum. Gorąco polecamy!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und der Abend im Jacuzzi war traumhaft. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit übersetzer App klappt auch die Kommunikation gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. würden wir weiterempfehlen :)

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto e attenzione a tutte le possibili esigenze: non manca nulla, nemmeno il phon! I letti sono confortevoli e la cucina è ben attrezzata e perfettamente funzionante. L’unico piccolo inconveniente, riguardo il funzionamento delle serrande, è stato prontamente risolto dalla portinaia. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità del servizio, specialmente se si tiene in considerazione lo standard della località in questione.

We stayed at Anns's place for the first part of our honeymoon. It was everything we expected and then some. The place was spotless and communication with Anna was excellent. If you want to live like a local in Portovenere, this place is perfect. You are steps away from local shops, a pesto making class, fantastic local restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to those looking for something unique vs. a hotel room. Thank you for everything Anna!

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

Nous avons passé une nuit au calme. Bien situé mais environnement proche sans intérêt, raz de chaussé dans un ensemble d'immeuble. Parfait pour une nuit et visiter les alentours. Merci à Alessandro d'avoir fait le lit du canapé au dernier moment.

An incredible place with stunning views near the beautiful village of Tellaro. Giada was a great host, she was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The property was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Italy.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Federica war eine super Ansprechpartnerin, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Sabrina was very helpful and nice. Noone disturb us during we were enjoying the view from the common or our terrace. The sunset was beautiful from this apartman's terrace. Sabrina was so nice , she gave us a breakfast basket as well with a lot of cakes, sweetnesses and house eggs. We got a pasta with an italian meatsauce as well like a bolognese which we could make it at one night. They have a kind of shop as well where you can buy all of which you need a perfect romantic sunset programme (chocolates, cakes, fruits and wine or prosecco, etc) and the prices were very friendly... So, we will visit back soon :)

Sabrina was helpful and spent time giving recommendations for the area. The apartment was within walking distance of the center and public beach. It was very handy to have the parking spot available. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

Datumea was a lovely place in the heart of Vernazza. The condo was cozy yet had everything we needed. We loved the location near the water and close to everything. Agos was very helpful with recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Tommaso, Sohn von Deborah, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und ebenso die Wohnung selber. Einzig WLAN und Storen im Schlafzimmer könnte man verbessern. Sonst super, danke.

La casa di Giovanna è grande, piena di luce e accogliente. L’appartamento è davanti alla stazione, comodissima per visitare le Cinque terre e a 5 minuti dal mare. Siamo stati molto bene e consiglio questo posto.

Ringrazio la Fondazione Canepa per avermi fatto trovare una casa pulita e accogliente. In particolare ringrazio la direttrice, dott.ssa signora De Luca per la disponibilità e l' interessamento nel risolvere piccoli problemi. Complimenti anche al team di Airbnb con cui ho avuto contatti sia telefonici che con la messaggistica.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Mariagiulia, lei gentilissima, indicazioni utili e corrette, appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario, pulitissimo, organizzato e sono rimasta molto impressionata dalla quantità di dettagli per far sentire l’ospite coccolato: caramelle sul tavolo, giochini per i bambini in un apposito cesto, addirittura ombrelli in caso di pioggia e ombrellone per la spiaggia, nota super positiva per chi ama il caffè come me: macchinetta con cialde che fa un caffè buonissimo!!! Appartamento davvero vicino a tutto: bar, negozi, supermarket, parafarmacia e spiaggia. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Mariagiulia!
