Perfect location. Responsive and helpful hosts! The neighborhood felt safe. We walked everywhere. Good bagel shop around the corner. Parking spot was a plus, and paid public parking just down the street. There is no street parking unless you have a permit. It was a very livable home. The basement setup with two queen beds and two twin beds was perfect for the teens. A few things to share for future guests (I always find helpful): As mentioned, you need to pull the door toward you while entering the code for it to unlock, glad we knew this. Towels are limited and bring napkins and paper towels. The listing does NOT promise these, but wanted to share so you can be prepared. The home could use some small updates and fixes, but nothing that would deter us from renting again. We love to cook but not an issue if eating out - the pots and pans are just okay, and there are no measuring cups. There are plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware for a large group. Overall experience was great!

Jason is a great host and his place is impeccable with all necessary amenities. He is quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Montreal and want to stay away from the din of downtown!

Nabil's place was well worth the stay. A cute apartment on the second story with a gorgeous spiral staircase leading to it. Very clean with all of our expectations meant. Nabil was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

We were visiting friends nearby. And had a good stay. The place was clean, quiet and as advertised. The bathroom mirror is cool. Beds are great though I would suggest firmer pillows. We would stay here again.

Great location close to stores & restaurants on Sherbrooke St , most importantly a driveway which is so key for the Montreal parking situation!

We'd return to Frank's place in a heartbeat! Close to all the shops, restaurants and things we like, a great kitchen/shower/bed, plus a super friendly host = perfect stay. Keep an eye out for parking rules if that applies to you, and highly recommend using your feet and Metro once you're settled.

The host was amazing! She was extremely clear with the check in instructions and even provided us with detailed pictures to help make the process easier for us. She was extremely responsive and very eager to assist in anything we needed.

Jacques's place was one of the best airbnbs I ever stayed at, and even better than on the photos, which very rarely happens. It felt like home and had everything we could possibly need. The place was perfectly clean, tidy and bright, on a very quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance from lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Finding Jacques's local guide to where to go & what to see upon check in was very helpful and thoughtful. Jacques is a wonderful host, very responsive and thoughtful. He made the whole experience super smooth and uncomplicated, and was always very attentive to anything we needed during the stay. He was extremely helpful when we needed to extend the stay and I am so thankful that he made the process the easiest. Would absolutely love to come back to this apartment again and cannot recommend it high enough to anyone who is looking to stay in Montréal.

We all really enjoyed ourselves ! Great coffee shop a few blocks away and super easy to get around. The house is exactly as listed and comfortably fit all of us!

I just stayed at Kim’s place for the second time, and it was every bit as great as I remembered. The apartment was spotless, loaded with all the essentials I needed, and the view was absolutely gorgeous—perfect for morning coffee or just chilling out. Kim was super friendly and made sure I felt right at home, which is exactly why I came back. The location in Centreville Montreal is unbeatable too—close to everything and super convenient for exploring the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough if you want an easy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Montreal.

Everything about Christophe's property was perfect. I know that sounds like a lot, but is true. He was amazingly quick to respond to everything from my initial inquiry to providing the instructions for leaving the apartment at the end of my stay. Even during some initial confusion (totally my fault), Christophe was prompt and courteous at showing me my errors in following his excellent instructions. The apartment itself was amazing: modern, clean, comfortable, quiet. Christophe obviously takes his role as a host seriously and goes out of his way to ensure that his guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The location itself was on a quiet side street but only steps away from the excitement of "Le Village" of Montreal. And the provided secure parking space significantly improved the quality of ,y stay in this wonderful city. I do hope to stay at Christophe's property again, and many more times! And recommend to all that you stay there as well...

Place was easy to find! on a one way street(great for out of towners). Back alley parking was awesome, even with my Dodge Ram!! Place was super clean, bathroom was awesome with a huge shower and 2 person bath tub. The Sauna was well placed, easy to control and just an overall great feature. Lots of room, large sectional couch. very close to lots of shopping. Jason was very responsive on all questions. Great experience. would stay there again for sure!

Very nice accommodations in a convenient and good part of town with easy Metro access. Parking, always a challenge in Montreal, was great in the building's garage.

Billy and Luisa were very responsive and great hosts. Given the great location, the compact rooms are as expected. Other than that, super easy check in, friendly hosts, clean- but mainly location, location, location!!!

We loved staying in the condo during our stay in Montreal. It was the perfect size for our group and had plenty of space for us. It looked just like the photos and I would say the furniture and finishes are nice than most rentals. Jason and Eric were great hosts and easy to connect with whenever we had questions. I definitely recommend!

My family (with young kids) loved this location. We stayed here with a snowstorm that dropped nearly two feet of snow in the middle of our trip - we loved the heated floors and after a long day of cold and snow, it was always a cozy retreat. We used the metro everyday to get to other parts of Montreal, and enjoyed local restaurants and businesses in the neighborhood. One of my kids asked if we could stay here forever, and I broke her heart when I told her that wasn't possible! We enjoyed leaving the hustle and bustle of other parts of Montreal to return to this lovely PSC neighborhood. We would love to come back in the summer to utilize the patios and have a different seasonal experience AND this listing/home was exactly what we hoped for and needed during our long weekend in Montreal! And lastly, but importantly, Sophie was great with any questions we had and was very responsive. It was a great stay!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Convenient location to explore the city, and garage parking a huge bonus. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice surprise on a chilly morning. Luc was really responsive and very thoughtful. Would rent it again without hesitation.

Nous avons passé 3 jours agréables dans l'appartement conforme au descriptif. Martin n'était pas sur place mais une personne est sur place et se rend disponible si besoin. Le métro Mont Royal est à moins de dix minutes à pied. Le quartier est tranquille. très bon rapport qualité prix 👍
