Great location. Loved walking the city trails by the stream and seeing the deer every time we went for a walk. Enjoyed walking to the Saturday farmers market. Sue was quick to respond to any questions.

We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the place! It’s great to stay for a night, Joshua was extremely helpful, clear, and specific. I would definitely stay here again! We definitely enjoyed the space heater and the nice tv. The Decorations gave a good friendly vibe and I really loved the table with the two chairs. I recommend definitely!

Staying at Ryan's Airbnb was like staying at a second home. We had everything we needed and then some. The layout was great, the bed was perfect, coffee wad ready to rock, and I was able to even do some laundry. The front porch area was great to chill on, and the night was peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anybody who's passing through Spearfish and needs a good spot to chill and relax. I will be definitely returning again as the Lord wills!

Paul quickly responded to my questions prior to our arrival. He was very friendly and courteous upon our arrival. Showed us around the space then left us to ourselves. I met his wife our first morning there and she was also very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Their home is in a beautiful, quiet location, and we enjoyed spotting the different wildlife while enjoying coffee on the patio.

This home was perfect for my friends and me. We had tickets to the Rush game and it was easily walkable to the Monument, in addition to feeling like you have a ‘home base.’ The home is well-appointed and is very clean. We only stayed one night, but we were all happy with the layout and accommodations. Because one of my friends mentioned it, the washer and dryer (which we didn’t use but if you’re traveling and need to do laundry) are well sized and super clean. The host provided a lot of local information and was helpful, respectful and responsive in all communications. We would absolutely stay here again due to the short distance to the Monument and overall coziness of the home.

Enjoyed my night at Teri great people. My family is transitioning from Fl to SD and they helped us get settled. We truly appreciate the hospitality of the host. Hoping to rebook soon.

I stayed here with my family, niece and nephew. The home was perfect for our long weekend visit in Spearfish. Cheri was a welcoming, responsive and accommodating host. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Old Front Porch. It was a very nice, clean, and peaceful home. Cody was very responsive with any questions I had and a great host, checking in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I would happily rent an Airbnb from him again.

This was a very convenient place to stay with our two dogs. It was great to have a fenced in yard that felt really secure. It was obvious that the house is cleaned well between guests, we didn’t notice any pet hair or stains from previous stays. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This is our 4th year with this same property of Laura's! We highly recommend this property!!! We always feel welcome - the house is beautiful and very clean! Laura is extremely responsive and quick! She has worked with us when either checking in early or checking out a little late. I would like to also note - Laura and her cleaning company have went over and above to accommodate us with our stay! THANK YOU SO MUCH! WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN!!!!

We LOVED this stay, definitely will be staying again the next time we visit which is usually once a year as I’m from rapid. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we would need. There was plenty of coffee, towels, toilet paper, etc provided. We had everything we needed in order to host a small family dinner before Christmas which is sometimes hard to come by for airbnbs. Plenty of room for our dogs and family to hangout. The beds were extremely comfortable to stay in! Brittani was responsive to anything we needed or asked for (we needed details of the dog area and added another day to our stay due to a snow storm) we truly felt right at home in this place. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a close to everything spot in rapid city.

First time our family has been skiing, 6 people on this visit. Our entire experience in the Terry Peak area was great! Danielle was proactive at getting us the information we needed. Stay was as expected and the condo was great. We didn't need Danielle for anything during our stay but I felt confident she was available if needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again anytime we are back!

This was the perfect place for me and the family while we skied at Terry Peak. Everyone had a comfy clean bed, amenities were great, and we loved hanging out in the hot tub every night! Braden was very responsive and informative. We'd definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

The condo is the perfect location! We could get to Terry Peak to ski easily, and then it was a quick drive to Deadwood as well. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

We loved staying at Carmen’s place. It’s a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom condo. We loved its location and would highly recommend it!!!

Sharon & Keith were absolutely awesome hosts! We came to ski, and their condo couldn’t have been more perfectly located—just the right distance from Terry Peak. I was truly impressed by their thoughtful communication and how considerate they were of our needs. The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped with fantastic amenities, and made for a super comfortable stay. The easy check-in and check-out process was great! I would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lead.

This condo suited us perfect. Comfortable beds. Clean and easily found extra towels, etc. Small deck with chairs to enjoy our morning coffee. Gotta be willing to hoof it 3 floors but was worth every step to us!
