Leadhills : locations de vacances

We have just returned from a weekend away at this beautiful villa for a family weekend away. Beautiful location with spectacular scenery on the drive in. The villa has the wow factor. Home from home, the hosts have thought of everything and we couldn’t think of a single improvement except for a guest book so we could write our positive thoughts and recommendations in person of places to visit in the area for other visitors to read. The kids loved the park, ducks and football court, they also loved reading in the villa and playing board games which were all in the villa to use. Myself and my partner enjoyed walking around the site and spending quality time as a family. We couldn’t recommend this villa or hosts more highly and we thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make forever memories to treasure. Stephanie, Scott and family 🙏🏻

George was a great host. Met us upon arrival and ensured we were settled in quickly. The place is lovely and the games room was brilliant. The cottage was well presented and the welcome was a lovely touch. The cottage is a great base if you enjoy hill walking or to discover ayrshire. The hot tob was lovely in the evening to unwind from the days activities. We had a great holiday. Thank you

Bentfield was simply magic. It was everything and more quirky, eclectic and homely the perfect place for our family get together traveling from New Zealand and corners of the UK, when our time was up we really didn’t want to leave. From family meals in the dining room, to chilling out in the sunroom to watching the sun go down over Arran on the lawn we made lots of memories.

The Old School House is stunning Air BnB , super clean, very well appointed and Elizabeth is an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Newton Stewart.

Couldn’t recommend enough. We stayed for a weekend, 5 adults and 5 kids. The house is well equipped and has modern kitchen and bedrooms. All the instructions for when you arrive are really easy with no problems. Definitely would stay again.

This beautiful place was everything we hoped it would be. A stunning location. So peaceful. We enjoyed all the wildlife, the local beaches & feeding the badgers at night. The place was well equipped, super comfy beds, nice showers & everything we needed for a lovely stay, it felt like a home from home. Leigh & Tom were very quick to respond to anything & gave us a really good guide on what to see & do. We can't wait to go back. We had glorious sunshine which always helps but we are certain that we would have had an amazing time with or without the weather!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Little Peru (suri pod). I stayed with my two sons (5 and 7) and they already want to return. Their favourite bit was the animals right on our doorstep and being left animal feed to feed them. It was lovely waking up in the morning and having the animals wandering the field just in front of the pods. The pod itself is stunning, so clean, luxurious and homely all at the same time. It slept the three of us comfortably and there was even enough stuff for my boys to showcase their ninja moves 😂 the hosts were brilliant with communication, very quick to respond and lots of knowledge of the local area. The four kids in the family are exceptionally sociable and also knowledgeable about their animals. A wonderful family. We will definitely be back, thank you for having us.

The place felt like home away from home… everything was perfect and intact, my family had a good time with no complain whatsoever. The Furnitures, utensils and amenities were perfectly fitted for our stay. The environment is calm and peaceful…
