Leadville : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Our family enjoyed this two-bedroom condo within walking distance of Main Street, Breckenridge. The second floor+ western orientation = lovely Mountain Views from the large windows in the living room and kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom with king bed and private bath was comfortable and peaceful. Walls are solid; we were never bothered by any neighboring noise. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing family meals. Checkout instructions were straightforward and reasonable. Vanessa was always responsive and helpful, communicates clearly. We had one vehicle and enjoyed the private garage for parking and loading/unloading ski gear. It was also convenient to have the condo elevator for suitcases and groceries. Husband did a little fly fishing with most luck around Vail. Our boys skied Breck, Keystone and Vail and enjoyed all three. Flip Side burgers for dinner and the French bakery for breakfast/ pastries on Main Street are Breck favorites.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

Michael's place far exceeded my expectations of the place. The view, the space in the apartment, the amenities, everything was stellar. And it was conveniently located near Arapahoe Basin, where we were skiing. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect! And the laundry in the building was free! a nice plus!

Great small place to stay for Winter ski vacation. Very clean and recently renovated apartment which is perfect size for a couple. Also 3 people stay no problem. Ski shuttle was conveniently nearby. We used our own car only to get groceries. Theodora was excellent with all communication. We liked. Thank you!

Emma’s condo in Vail was awesome! It had been recently renovated so everything was fresh and clean. The property was well stocked with basics—including a snow shovel so we didn’t have to walk through the snow that fell during our visit. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Emma’s communication via messages and inside the condo was excellent. She even had a book made to explain how all the appliances, etc worked. Make sure to look because it includes her family’s story in the area. The condo was super close to the shuttle stop but we just walked to the gondola in Lionshead Village everyday. It was an easy half mile walk, especially since we didn’t have to carry our skis or poles. (Christy Sports in Lionshead village provides overnight ski/snowboard storage and daily shoe storage.) We would definitely stay again!

Great house - new for Leadville, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Clean, tidy, and plenty of space for a family of five.

The cabin looked exactly like the photos, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect—just 8 to 10 minutes from both downtown and the ski resort parking, where you catch the gondola. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus after a full day of skiing. The only minor drawback was having just one bathroom, which occasionally required a short wait, but with only three of us staying, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Great place, great location, feels miles away but so close to breck. Of note - there is one full bath (two sinks) shared between master and kid room. Half bath off kitchen.

Amazing location for a fantastic ski trip! We took the free bus one stop to the snowflake lift (could walk the block, but we opted for the bus bc of our young kids). Coming back, just take the 4 o’clock run, turning off at the sign for “park place” which ends right near that bus stop for a quick walk across the street back. The location is so close to downtown Breck, we walked into town each night and had an amazing time. The hosts had a book with lots of recommendations that were excellent. The condo was perfect for our family trip. My kids loved the bunk beds and the games and puzzle in the cabinet, and soaks in the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. We can’t wait to come back for a future trip!

One our favorite Air BNB properties! What a gem. It’s super cozy and spacious. Exactly as described/pictured and even better. We will definitely be back!

Tucker was so friendly and prompt to respond to all my questions. The house is beautiful and had the best view of main street and the mountains. We really appreciated everything and would 100% recommend tuckers place!

This townhouse with an attached garage and supplied garage door opener was perfect to get out of the storm after a day on the surrounding mountains. The garage has 4 open lockers and board holders that I found very convenient to hang all of my stuff up. I would definitely stay here again.

It was our second time at Sarah's place. We came back because the location is very convenient, just few minutes from gondola, and also there is a hiking trail on the other side of the street where we walked our dog every day. The place is cozy and comfortable with all necessary utensils for cooking. Sarah and Eric are very nice and were available all the time. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back again.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

Our short-notice stay was seamless. Mansi was great at communication, check in was simple and the unit was super clean and comfortable. The little road noise we heard was outweighed by the view. I would definitely stay again.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Spencer’s place. It’s quiet, spacious and in a great location.
