Heidi was not there during our stay, but Martin was—he was very welcoming and friendly! The home is beautiful, and there is a lot to do in the area.

Heidi’s place was beautiful and cozy. She was always so quick and responsive (despite her being on vacation). We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Both Heidi and her husband were very friendly and personable. I was very impressed with their home which was built by Martin. It is up on the mountain side, Swiss design and built mostly with wood milled by Martin himself. He is a real craftsman and the home reflected his attention to detail. Heidi was very attentive to our needs and her home baked muffins were delicious. She made my wife and I feel very welcomed. If you like a challenging hike then the mountain behind their home is a great place to start. Come prepared though, bear and cougar are known to travel the trails. If you are an animal lover then you will find the horses outside and the cats inside friendly as well. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. All in all, our experience was very positive and one that I would highly recommend.

A charming and cozy retreat, perfect for a family of four. The house offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. While the driveway from the main road can be a bit slippery during snowy weather, we just needed to be a bit cautious—this was a minor inconvenience. Nicole, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

We loved our stay, it was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. We are definitely coming back with friends and family. So cozy, so beautiful and the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time!

This home was just as stunning as the pictures imply. So much space, thoughtful additions such as high chairs and lots of towels and linens. Beautiful view out the great room window. We watched wild turkeys trot through each morning. Quiet and about 15 minutes from town. Very clean and well running hot tub. Our family will absolutely be back!

The house is amazing. Lots of room and very clean. George is a great host. He was happy to answer our questions and give recommendations any time we asked. He actually called me the morning of my stay to check in and answer any questions, which Ive never had a host do before, and shows how proactive and accommodating of a host George is. We had a lot of fun playing out in the snow, but also had lots of downtime after the new years festivities. The house was perfect for either situation - easy to get settled in after a day of being outside in the snow, and plenty room and comfortable enough to spend a day hunkered down inside with friends. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you George!
