Lovely place to spend a quiet weekend away. Very cozy and we were able to use the fire place which made the whole trip that much more memorable. We were pleased to find clean linens and comfortable mattresses. Clean bathroom facilities and good hot water. Very pleased and would definitely stay again

the cabin was very nice. location was very easy to find, and it had everything needed. it was very quiet, and perfect for my needs. post was extremely responsive. beautiful place!

What a wonderful place to relax and get cozy! We felt right at home. The house was so, decorated in a cool lodge theme, with helpful signs placed all around so that we could quickly get acclimated. The back yard is ready for lounging with a great hot tub and plenty of seating. And we were so close to the lake so we got to quickly head over to restaurants. we highly recommend this location and will be returning again!

Clean, cozy, and close to Bennett Springs! Great house big enough for our family of 6 with 4 adult kids! Having the resort restaurant and store so close was also a plus! Awesome stay!

I thought this place was OK for the price. It has very much potential but unfortunately looks like it hasn’t been kept up with very well. I would still recommend it absolutely beautiful location and close to everything we wanted to see. Had a musty smell which yes it’s by the lake but it hits you right in the face when you walk in. i’ve stayed in many lake homes never had that smell. flies all over the window ledge. Looks quite different from the photos. Think with some hardcore cleaning this place would be fantastic. Hot tub was wonderful. Unclear instructions on the gate closing at a certain time having you drive through a different way and had to call for the check in code because i didn’t receive that in my email like the instructions said i would. Quick helpful response from the rental company though. If more effort was put into the cleaning process i would have given it a higher rating. enjoyed my stay anyway im okay with some grit and grime for a short stay some people aren’t.

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

We recently stayed at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The cabin was cozy, charming, and had everything we needed. The decor was thoughtfully done, blending rustic charm with modern touches that made it very comfortable. We also appreciated the outside fenced in area for the dogs. It was also close enough to hiking trails and outdoor activities near Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Inside, the cabin was very clean and well-stocked, with everything from extra blankets to kitchen essentials. The towel warmer was much appreciated. The hosts were also wonderful – very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax and experience a rustic cabin vibe with modern comfort, this is it! Highly recommend!

This is my new favorite spot! the cabin is so beautiful with all the amenities you could use to be comfortable, it was better than being home.. The bubble bath with the view was amazing they even have a heater installed above so you stay warm in and out of the water!! The land it sits on is breath taking we saw a pair of bald eagles flying every day right at the edge of the cliff and it's a spectacular view. deer come right up to the cabin as well so if you enjoy the outdoors and peace this is the place for you. it's very private and there are two towns within 20 minutes and no expensive tourist prices just cute tiny towns. The bigger Rolla is less than an hour for more city like entertainment but I prefer the short drive down to the river where you can swim in the springs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The host was so kind and quick responses for any questions we had. This is the ozark experience and I'm so thankful for my time here. can't wait to come back!!

This was a wonderful trip! I really enjoyed staying at her cabin. It’s really spacious and I felt right at home. If you are looking for a private getaway, this is definitely the place to book.

It was a lovely experience at a cozy little cabin. Very secluded, but not too far from town. I will say the price was a bit steep for us as just a couple with a small child, but it was absolutely the best and one of the only accommodations available in the area. Very good deal if you’re traveling with a few more people or you have older children since there are three beds. We will definitely consider staying again if we are back in the area!

This is the second time staying here. we come down to go the Bennett Springs to fish, this place is prime location for us. the cabin is equipped for a weekend or weeks stay. I will continue to stay here as long as it's open. thank you Terri for the greeting and taking care of us.

The place is beautiful, It's very cozy without being cramped. The shower is tall so my husband was able to comfortably shower. close proximity to Ha Ha Tanka. We had a great stay. Thank you so much

William's stay was very cozy! It looked just like the pictures. We had a little trouble finding it, but the people in the town were very friendly and helped us locate it. It was clean and it was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a quick stay. William was quick to respond on this last minute reservation. I really appreciated that. The bar next door has really good food and the people there are very friendly also. I would recommend this place!

This was our second stay at Jacob’s place and we again enjoyed our selves very much! Everything was great; above and beyond!

Ms. Cindy and her property is PHENOMENAL! From her hospitality to the spaciousness of the cabin, this place was a true gem. From booking Ms. Cindy has been very attentive and accomodating. She knew we were traveling with our small kiddos and she made sure that there was a pack n play and highchair available to use. During our entire stay her communication was outstanding. She was very quick with her responses, she even brought us a wine opener to use since her original one had walked off. The guys and kiddos wanted to fish and she offered them to come to her personal dock and fish, which my son's loved and even made a new friend (her great-granddaughter). The cabin was so spacious and had stunning views of the lake. The big windows were a plus because every morning the sun would wake us up to start our day. Even a family of deers stopped by to say hello. My sons loved the basement, it was the perfect play/rec area for them to just go be boys. Thank you again for everything Mrs. Cindy.

Close to the river rafting in remote setting and also close access to the river from the cabin. Very clean and great for a “glamping” weekend. Cabin has all amenities you would need.

The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for our girls weekend. Only complaint we had was the home is on the main channel. It is not in a cove. So the water was pretty rough to float off the dock. We still had a great time though and would absolutely go back.

Terryl’s place was perfect. We picked a great week to enjoy the beautiful weather, trees and quietness of her home. We loved hanging out on the spacious dock, the upstairs deck and the beautiful sun room. The dock was very spacious and had a large boat slip available for our use. We would love to return to her home again. Thanks for everything

The river cabin is my favorite peaceful, private, and relaxing place to retreat! The cabin was very clean and cozy. I Love the zenful decor and comfort of the screened in porch! The hosts are wonderful and have thoughtfully stocked the cabin for your stay! This was my second stay at the cabin and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

What a beautiful little cabin! The decor is vintage and even the modern appliances have a vintage look about them! It's cozy and comfy and quiet. And you can't beat the price! We will be back for sure!! Thank you Brandy!!

I can't say enough good things about the property, cabin, and hosts. Marlene And Trent went above and beyond to make this stay comfortable and enjoyable. You won't find friendlier people. They have thought of everything! The cabin and property are absolutely stunning. We will be going back in the future.
