Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

The perfect cabin for a NH getaway! We get an Air BnB every winter and this was by far the best one we’ve been to. The location is amazing, the house is perfect and Mark was super responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Cute Vermont farmhouse that had everything that you needed. We enjoyed Cooking inn and hanging out in the living with the fireplace. The hot tub was so much fun after a cold day on the mountains. There is a cute little coffee shop and super market only 10 minutes away.

Great place to stay and great hosts! Very easy to talk with and the place was just as it was described. Would stay there again for sure.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. The property itself was exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

Absolutely pristine and gorgeous home. We were constantly talking about how perfect it was the entire time we were there. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay. The setting on the river was quite peaceful, and the home was comfortable. It was a quick drive to Norwich University to watch hockey and visit our daughter, also a quick drive into Montpelier. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, and we enjoyed setting the puzzle. We will definitely stay again when we come back for another visit.

Great place to stay for skiing Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, convenient to restaurants and shops. Very quiet setting, just be prepared for a little bit of non-paved road to climb to access it. The apartment felt more spacious and open than I expected, and accommodated 3 adults quite comfortably. Wax bench was a nice bonus for us skiers!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Sue’s place. We met her husband as well, and he was so kind and helpful. It was accurately described, very clean, and she was very responsive. We were impressed with how much light the apartment let in the middle of winter. The backyard views were incredible. It was an absolutely perfect stay for what we needed. We visited the college and were only five minutes from the campus. The town is very cute with everything we needed right there at our fingertips. We would 10 out of 10 highly recommend and come back at any time of year. This is a property that would be beautiful during every season.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

Kismet Cottage was everything we hoped for. Beautiful location and lovely apartment. Waking up every morning to the view of the lake never got old. Vermont at it's best. We've now enjoyed the winter here and hope to return at a minimum of three more times to experience the place in spring, summer and fall.

Our stay was fantastic. Hot tub was great and clean. One thing I will say is while we were there, it snowed about a foot and the driveway was not plowed. Granted I have a large truck but our neighbors could not leave the driveway due to them having a small car. We had to basically shovel the whole driveway so they could leave. I obviously expected it to snow and have to shovel a little bit it’s a decent size driveway. However it did not take away from our stay at the cottage. I would still rent again for a weekend.

We absolutely adored the cabin and especially the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen to use during our stay! The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we truly enjoyed our stay. We plan to return next time we’re up that way.

Quiet, cozy cabin in a beautiful area perfect for a weekend away reset. Our dogs loved the area and walking trails and local pizza shop Anika's was delicious too!

What an awesome spot! We will most definitely be back and stay longer next time. Can’t say enough how accommodating and welcoming Michele and Mike were. We enjoy riding the atv trails in the area and this location is perfect for that. You can ride to the trails from the cabin. The river is awesome, can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy it more ! Very clean and cozy.

The Lazy Moose Cabin was everything me and my girlfriend were looking for! We enjoyed the warm gas lit fireplace in the living room to enjoy some card games or our favorite tv shows/movies. The kitchen provided the essentials for cooking. The hot tub just outside the front deck was amazing to sit and relax for a moment. The driveway provided plenty of parking space. Overall would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning again!
