Our rowing team stayed her for the Australian National Championships. There was 8 of us and we all fit quite comfortably even having to share a bed or two. Great space!

The location was great for easy beach and town access. The house was very clean and had every amenity we could need. Great for kids.

We stayed at Katie’s place for 2 nights and it was the perfect home away from home for our visit to Launceston. The beds were comfortable, the house was very tidy, and the layout and general set up of the house was perfectly child friendly for our three young kids. It was a quick drive’s distance from the city and in a very quiet neighbourhood. We only wish we had stayed a few more nights to enjoy more of the facilities this place had to offer, including the deck and outdoor seating surrounded by ambient festoon lights. The bottle of wine upon arrival was an extra thoughtful touch to help us enjoy our evenings in the house after full days of sight seeing and driving around. We loved every bit of this well renovated home and how it offered all of the period charm with modern living comforts and ammenities. Katie was a pleasure to interact with and very responsive. Highly recommend to any families looking for a place to stay when visiting Launceston!

The house and location are just beautiful! The friendly ants come to say hi every now and then, even saw an echidna the first morning I woke up roaming in the front yard! Just absolutely beautiful place, right across from the beach, great fireplace, lovely place to spend to catch up with friends!

What a wonderful place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Lark's place - looking out the expansive windows to the glorious views, cooking up a lovely meal in the well-equipped kitchen and being together in an extended family group. It is truly a lovely house and we will definitely return for future stays. Lark is a great host - nothing is too difficult and she was very responsive to every approach. Our engagement with her could not have been easier.

Shari’s place was great. And Shari went out of her way to offer to get us some supplies because we were arriving after the shops shut. Lovely place in a great spot.

Very comfortable place to lay one’s head after busy day . Was a cold night & lovely wood 🔥 easy to prepare a quick dinner in kitchen . Good pod coffee machine . We recommend this cottage .

Awesome space for larger groups! Great view and living space excellent for BBQ or coffee in the sun. Superb location with cafe/shop/pub/golf club all within a walkable distance and only a short drive to Barnbougle!
