Great waterfront view with a dock for fishing or hanging out, kayaks & bikes to use during our visit. lots of stores and restaurants in the city center less than 15 mins away. Super close to the Weeki Wachee spring for a fun family day! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at the house. And adorably decorated with Mermaid theme!!

Lierci’s place was as great and as pictured….bright, airy, clean and well stocked supplies in kitchen. The beds & linens were very comfortable and nice quality. Closet space was large, so rooms weren’t cluttered with luggage after unpacking. We loved the location a block off square, with walkability to a number of restaurants & botique shops , as well as, a good location if visiting nearby Silver Springs or the World Equestrian Center. We were on an extended trip, so appreciated the access to laundry however, a little inconvenient to have it located out and “behind the building” (it is as noted as this in Lierci’s description), since you have to walk out and around the corner of the block, to access the back of building where the laundry is located (it’s locked, so it’s secure). No problem for us, as it’s just two of us, but someone with kids/more laundry (or wanting to do at night) might find this part inconvenient. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

The host was very kind and thoughtful - I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were enjoying the zip line and silver spring park which are very close by. She was flexible with checkout and the home has everything you need. Bathroom is spacious and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bikes are a nice addition - we found the home very convenient & comfortable.

Great place to stay! Regina was so welcoming. The place was perfect and the patio out front was a wonderful spot to hang out and chat. Even got a visit from the resident pets! It’s pretty close to walk to most of the interesting spots nearby. Nothing took more than 10 min or so to walk to.

This is my second time staying at this location, and it was every bit as wonderful this time as it was the last. The place is beautiful, the hosts are wonderful and fantastically responsive, it is SOOOOO quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable, everything I needed was provided, and it is always so clean. The hot water is HOT, the air conditioning unit is definitely adequate for thIS space, whether it’s A/C or heat. There is enough storage for my things and the WiFi is fast. I have to travel to Hernando County twice a year on business, and it is my hope that I can stay here every time I come up. Thank you to Larry and Deborah for another amazing experience!

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy and looks just like the photos. It’s nestled in the trees and you have a view of a lake from the living room and bedroom. It feels like a little getaway, yet it’s waking distance from the Ocala downtown square. The place is clean and we appreciated the various teas and coffee. Joyce is a great, responsive host. We’ll be back!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

Jill’s place was lovely! It looked fresh and new inside, and all was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Highly recommend - 10/10. We stayed for a full week and didn’t want to leave. It’s a beautiful, clean, spacious home with everything you need plus some. The backyard is fully fenced in which I especially loved since we had our 5 year old with us - he loved playing back there. We hope to stay here again next year!

Very beautiful everything about this place: hosts, location, furnishings, linens, just everything

We were thrilled to spend the week with our family between Christmas and New Years Day. The home is close to all the good stuff...Brownwood, grocery stores, pools and golf! This home was comfortable, roomy and met all of our expectations.

The place was great, nice and spacious, big TV's, great kitchen. Shane, the host, was responsive with communication. Very quiet subdivision. All around, great place to stay.

Very responsive, spotless interior, ping pong and foosball table for entertainment. Close to our manatee excursion and plenty of restaurants with in a couple of miles. Only downside was no TV in the bedrooms.

There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and a nice pool deck. Unfortunately it was too cold for our trip but definitely would have enjoyed sitting outside if warmer. Austin responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

Natalie's place is lovely. Very close to lots of things to do and a fantastic beach at the end of the road which is fabulous for the sunsets. We highly recommend the Ozello airboat, a visit to 3 Sisters Springs and Homosassa Park, kayaking. We did so much and everything is so close. Unfortunately some damage to the complex as a result of hurricane Helene but Natalie advised us of this and the bungalow had been beautifully restored. It is just the outside area in the car park but you can plainly see work is ongoing with people making the necessary repairs to bring it back to its former standard and I'm sure it won't take long. We loved staying in the bungalow. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We are used to moving around on holiday and the bed was the best we have ever slept in. I highly recommend Nataloe's place. You won't be disappointed.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Jason and Matt are great hosts. Jason is very communicative, always on top of whatever the guys needed. We are a construction company working too far from home, so I had to book an Airbnb for the crew instead of renting hotels every week. Our crew stayed for 2 months in this house, where they felt like home, instead of living at a hotel for 2 months. I would definitely recommend this house and Jason as a host.
