Place was very tidy and cozy! The host was always available to answer any questions and the house had lots of extra garbage bags, paper towels, light snacks and toiletries!

Absolutely outstanding stay! The host Amir went above and beyond — it was the little details that made all the difference. From the thoughtful items in the pantry to the beautifully folded paper flower on the toilet paper, every touch showed true pride of ownership. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt incredibly welcoming. You can tell the host genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Amir made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend — would definitely stay again!

A nice place, quite peaceful location, a bit far from some Edmonton amenities, but nice location. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Would recommend!

Very nice place, very clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed in the kitchen including chopsticks which is appreciated. Also had a garage to park in at night which is a big bonus incase it snows. Missing toilet paper on arrival but host replied and brought more, we did buy as it took some time to get, but the offered to reimburse so that is fine. Not really usable for 5 people as we didn’t have blankets for the fifth person on the couch, but appreciated the last minute add request.

Cindys place was beautiful, spacious and very clean . Was well stocked with everything you need. Very quiet neighbourhood, grocery stores very close even walking distance, beautiful neighbourhood had a nice park near by . It felt like home . Will definitely being staying again when we come back to Edmonton. Cindy was very helpful and responsive with all our questions. Highly recommended this place .

John was super friendly and very prompt with responses. He was very accommodating and flexible and we felt right at home.

We had an exellent stay. Very comfy house with everything you need in it. The description is accurate and the surroundings are peaceful.

The place was very clean and quiet, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. The host was also very quick to answer any questions.

With separate air cond and heating system under one individual thermostat control in this basement suite surely adding comforts of desirable temperature(s) to be kept. Kitchen and bathroom setup is neat and convenient so as the bedroom and living room as well. Essential supplies are sufficient pretty well like living at own home. Shared laundry of complete washer and dryer is very ideal for longer stay renters. The host’s family of 5 are very friendly and sociable.

An amazing host and an amazing place! Had everything needed to be just like home and with some sweets to greet us. Very flexible and proactive host which when I forgot to message gave me a call to make sure everything was in order! Will be staying here again!

Perfect location for everything house needed , the condo is very big and impressive , me and my family loved it.
