Beautifully clean place! Very convenient to get to the beach! Loved the hot tub and the pool. It was very accommodating and easy to check in and out of.. valarie and her husband were very nice and we’re there for anything we needed. Was a very nice relaxing stay.

This lovely home was perfect for my visit! Andrew was very helpful x understanding in a non ideal situation x even brought me a bike to use so I wasn’t walking 40minutes to the beach. The home was very clean x had everything basic that I could possibly need. He was also very quick to respond when I messaged. Very nice man! The area is quiet x peaceful x was absolutely perfect. 10000% recommend.

I've stayed at other units in this property before and have always been extremely pleased, and will undoubtedly stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We wanted our own pool, privacy, and quiet. It was all of that. Plus super clean and very nicely remodeled - felt new, but comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit under the tiki hut during a few cooler nights. I would highly recommend. Jake was very responsive and helpful. The recommended restaurants were all spectacular!

Brads place was great! Two separate "Units" that had 2 King beds each. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook. Overall very satisfied with the home and pool. Very close to the beach and a short walk up to the resort portion of FMB.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

Andrew’s home is comfortable, fun, and very clean. We loved the privacy of the backyard and all the time we spent relaxing by the pool. Inside we always felt cozy and the master bedroom suite is spacious with lots of counter space and storage in the bathroom. Super comfortable bed! We biked to the beach and the nearby restaurants are great. You don’t have to be fancy to enjoy good food in the area! We walked the neighborhood each morning and felt safe and at home. It was a wonderful two weeks! Andrew is a fast and helpful host in replying to any questions you may have during your stay! Thanks, Andrew!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

Can not say enough about this condo! Everything was perfect and clean. The master bedroom was my favorite. The leather reclining furniture and mounted huge big screen TV was a plus also. The pool was very nice. Loved that everything is so close to get to. Beaches was beautiful. Susan was the best host with all the info and even let us know the place was ready and clean for whenever we wanted to check in. Will be staying here again for sure!! Thank you, Lisa West!

Very nice stay at the condo! It was exactly as described! I didn’t realize when i booked it that we were in a gaited community! This was a business/pleasure trip and the location was perfect. We had appointments near Fort Myers and Naples, the condo was between both ! Surrounded by beaches and great restaurants! We ate Mama Leon’s pizza which is right around the corner, and enjoyed returning to The Fish House which we had visited over 10 years ago. The pool was refreshing, we got to meet neighbors who have been coming down for years? They were extremely nice! We also shared a beautiful sunset with a colleague at Clam Pass, got some great pictures! Thanks again for sharing your ultra clean condo!

would highly recommend this place. the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking pleasure. the place is very clean. it is close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants & everything in between. loved it.
