The home is even more beautiful in person and was very clean. I loved the modern appliances and spacious interior. The master bedroom bathroom was beautifully designed. Check-in was easy and Pablo was very friendly and responsive. The pool was surprisingly warm which was perfect for my siblings. The home was equipped with every household item you could possibly need which was super convenient. The Christmas tree was also a very nice touch and gave the home an even homier feeling. My younger siblings and I felt right at home and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great little place in a rural area. Very clean and new modern looking interior. had a nice small screened in back patio.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

This home was stunning. The pool was perfect sized and we loved having a fenced in back yard. The only down side was the busy road but we knew that when we booked. We had a couple set of friends stop by while we were there and they thought the place was absolutely gorgeous and high end as well. So well stocked too. Literally had spices, olive oil, sunscreen, shampoo conditioner, toothbrushes, razors, etc. I literally could have shown up with my clothes and food and been absolutely prepared for the week. Host was incredibly responsive to any requests (even when it turns out that the hot water was working and we were just turning the faucets the wrong direction).

Wonderful place! We had a party of 10 (3 couples and 4 kids) and the place fit us perfectly. We all had a bed and the kids were able to share the bunk room. The place was very clean and in a nice area of town. The beds were comfortable and the master suite was amazing! The outdoor area with pool and lounge seating was by far the best part of the house. The pool was warm and inviting. The game room was an added bonus! Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend. Only downfall is, its a little far from the beaches but a pretty drive nonetheless. Walmart and gas stations were close to the home though. Overall, 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay for our Fort Myers vacation! Peaceful and quiet after days of exploring. Rotary park is within walking distance and is a nice place to explore for a little bit as well.

My family and I had a great stay at Kamila's condo. It matched the online profile completely, had lots of helpful features, and was spotlessly clean. A few issues arose, but seemed to stem mainly from the condo being a recent addition to Airbnb, the owner still learning how guests interact with the property. Kamila was an excellent host who responded quickly to communications and took prompt action to resolve problems. Highly recommend!

Nice place. We liked the location — very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Enjoyed being close to a small beach/park.

Will definitely go back.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had rented a different unit, but when we arrived it was not available due to plumbing issues. Brandon had tried to reach out, but we were flying and were not able to talk to him right away. He had another unit about 1000 feet down the street ready for us at Off the Charts, so this review is really about Off the Charts Island Resort. It was a brand new, and a much larger unit. He brought us kayaks to use on the canal. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and worked great. The property owner/manager Brian was really nice. There were a lot of manatees in the canal and we could fish right out of our sliding door. I caught a mangrove snapper. It was quiet and peaceful and a very short walk to local restaurants. We had a great time.

The place was perfect for us and our pups. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the heated pool. House was full of everything you need in terms of plates, cookware, etc. close to supermarket and Starbucks!

Beautiful home. Only complaint if it even is one is that we had to go out and buy paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and a beach ball. Haha. Great host though. We had a great time with lasting memories. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This home is an absolute gem, exactly as pictured. The home was extremely clean and had everything and more that you could possibly need. Carissa was a truly fantastic host. We can't wait for our next visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb!

Had an awesome weekend in Tom’s place. Loved that there were plenty of towels for the shower as well as the pool. Place was clean and well maintained. The area is super quiet and feels very safe. Loved everything about it and would def go back!

Great house for our family of 10! The crib and highchair made packing easier. Beautiful pool. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. Hope to be back next year!

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful. Host was wonderful and very accommodating! We fished and swam most of the time, even went and saw the burrowing owls a few lots down. House was great and accommodated our 2 families.
