Teresa was an amazing host for a wonderful property! She was responsive to all of our needs and even provided us with local recommendations late the evening we arrived. The house comes stocked with lots of needed essential items for your stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) and was perfect for our large group. We can't wait to come back in the future!

I went for a little getaway and this place was perfect for just that. Peaceful. All the necessities of home. The pool area was one of the reasons I booked here and was looking forward to that heaven! The lounge chairs and deck area was great, however, there was a filter/cleaner on a hose in the pool the entire time of my stay. However it didn’t appear to be working as the surface had quite a bit of debris on. I only went in once to cool off quickly due to that. However if I was with my kids, I would have def reached out to see what could be done about it. I wouldn’t want them swimming in it until cleaned further. The hot tub I was planning on using however it was not warm and did not see a way to heat it…and it too had debris on it. Again I could have reached out if I was dying to use it. Other than those, which could be fixed easily, I was extremely pleased with everything. Nice location. Quiet and clean! I would stay here again if in the Ft Myers area.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Modern und alles vorhanden. Keine abgewohnten Möbel, ein wirklich toller und warmer Pool! Kann man wärmstens empfehlen. Alles an Ausstattung hat funktioniert! Super für Familien oder Gruppen.

What a great place with a great host. The home was spotless and everything is new. Pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day and they were both temperature/light controlled by a handy mobile app. Jesse was one of the most friendly and responsive hosts that I have ever encountered and even though I was very busy and a little overwhelmed with work this past week. Jesse’s beautiful home was so comfortable and made me feel so right at home that I didn’t mind the busy work schedule knowing I would be going back to such a clean and comfortable home. Stayed over 100 nights in Marriott last year and experienced like this are causing me to rethink how I think about work trip accommodations. Thanks so much Jesse for the excellent experience!

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

The home itself was amazing - separate in-ceiling speaker systems both upstairs and downstairs in the outdoor kitchen. The lights were dimmable and adjustable to a color. Jessica accidentally ordered groceries to this property and then let us keep them! Super responsive host. Only issue was getting on and off the island - there was a decent amount of traffic both ways (even as early as 7a)

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Beautiful home on Cape Coral canal. We did have an issue with the pool and spa (out of anyone’s control) but Andrea was very responsive and had multiple people out to help fix it. House was very clean, quality towels/linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes/utensils etc. plenty of storage/closets/drawers. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We went for a family spring break trip, 6 adults, and 3 kids (7, 4.5 and 18 months). The set up of the house could not have been more perfect for us. They had everything we needed and more. All of the kid focused things (cribs, pack n play, toys, bikes, kitchen items etc) was unbelievably helpful and made our stay feel like we were at home. Having a pool just outside the door kept the kids busy for hours each day. When we come back to Florida in the future we will definitely stay here again.

We had a peaceful and wonderful Thanksgiving at this oasis! The house exceeded our expectations and Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and its gorgeous design. The highlight was definitely the private pool and spa — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying the cozy interiors, it was truly a wonderful week away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!
