The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

The house had remodels and is the cleanest Airbnb/hotel I have every stayed at. The beds were comfy. I thought the snacks and drinks were helpful to have around. It was relaxing to look out at the water from the front room. Everything you'd need is organized and provided. We would 100% stay there again.

Teresa was an amazing host for a wonderful property! She was responsive to all of our needs and even provided us with local recommendations late the evening we arrived. The house comes stocked with lots of needed essential items for your stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) and was perfect for our large group. We can't wait to come back in the future!

Cape Coral has excellent restaurants. It is convenient to most services and Ralph's house is relaxing and offers a beautiful canal view and a pool that is heated to your preference. Great option for a beach person or baseball spring training enthusiast.

Fantastic home & location! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Loved the layout of house for our group of 10. Could use more wash cloths for bathrooms, wine glasses, coffee mugs, & lounge chairs for pool area. We cooked in a lot & used the nice round table outside in the screened in porch area. So fun!!! Highly recommend Palaco Grande🌴🌺🌴

This house has great space, including 4 bedrooms, great kitchen & dining room, as well as large living room. The pool and hot are fantastic!! Salt water, warm with plenty of surrounding space. The house has lots of extras: pool toys, kid toys, bicycles. Laurie was an excellent communicator before and during our stay.

Wir waren mit vier Personen und n dem Haus. Das Haus ist auch für sechs Personen gut geeignet. Ein tolles Ambiente mit direktem Zugang zu einem Kanal und Bootssteg. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt gewesen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und kommen gerne wieder da hin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

this place has all the amenities you could need on vacation I loved the landscape and comfy bed I really enjoyed taking the bike around town and going on the river with the kayaks the river was very lively with fish turtles and gator I even tried my luck with a fishing pole that was in the garage the place is well located for food entertainment and beach what more could you ask thank you Mona

Wir hatten den besten Aufenthalt unseres Lebens hier. Das Haus ist größer und noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Sehr ruhig und top Lage. Auch das gesamte Team war Spitze und immer erreichbar 👍TOP (mehr als 5 Sterne verdient)

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

We had to wait about 30 min after arriving at check in time to get the access code, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!! The grill wasn’t working, and Tina sent the housekeeper over with a charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and even a lighter. Her responses were timely and very helpful. We would definitely come back again 💚
