Absolutely loved the parrot nest!! The room was decorated beautifully, and the host was great. Easy access to Sanibel beach and beautiful shells. I want to stay here again! 10/10

The cottages are a little dated but adorable. The beach equipment they provided is well loved but a nice surprise that we weren’t expecting. The walk to the beach was short, clean, and the beaches are very close. Everything was clean, and well stocked. Staff was extremely friendly. The wifi was a little slow but we weren’t there for the internet so it didn’t bother us in the least. They also had an ice machine for us to fill our cooler which was great. The pool looked nice and clean although we didn’t swim there.

This was the perfect waterfront getaway! The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The patio and dock area were a lovely spot to relax. We brought our boat and were able to tie up to a the dock and not have to put it back on the trailer at night. There is plenty of parking. Lots of games to keep you entertained. It’s a short walk to a few great restaurants. The outdoor shower is a nice touch. We didn’t use the bikes or kayaks, but if we didn’t have the boat we would have taken advantage of them. Overall very cozy and fun stay. Exceptional communication from the owners. Would love to come back!

Shaye was very accessible, kind and helpful. Her unit was very clean and well equipped. We used her gas grill located on the patio several times. Her unit does not have a washer and dryer, and the resorts laundry required a download of a phone app to use the machines. It was a dog friendly resort. The swimming pool area is great with many chases and seating. the large whirlpool and exercise room was nice. Pickle ball and shuffleboard are very popular, and guests are invited to participate. The other residents and guests are very friendly about half are French Canadian and some do not speak English. A dinner, a breakfast. line dancing, bingo, cards, and few nights of musical entertainment were available in a large community building.

Maria is a wonderful host! She went above & beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Maria ordered new Rokus for the tvs & a new air conditioner unit for the house. Checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly & we were ok. Neighbors are very helpful & so friendly. I give her place 10 plus stars! Definitely recommend 😀

Frank’s bnb was exactly what my partner and I needed for our little Florida get away! We were excited that we could cook and prepare lunches at the house with the kitchen ware. The bathroom felt like we were staying at a resort and the bed was really comfortable! Frank was incredible to work with and super easy to get a hold of which was much appreciated. Grateful for his hospitality and the location of the bnb! Highly recommend 👏🏻

Shar is a true Super Host. The mini house was perfect for my stay. It is private & quiet with access to a nice outdoor space. I highly recommend it and I will be using it again in the near future.

This no-frills efficiency unit located in a residential area was just the right size for two adults. We were able to shop at the Publix and prepare meals to cut down on the time and monetary costs of eating out. Close to Bonita Beach as well as putt-putt and an ice cream shop. There are enough light fixtures, plugs, and fans to be comfortable. The mattress is on the softer side, so maybe not preferred if you have a bad back. Please note soap is provided but not shampoo or conditioner (this is in the listing if you look carefully). Dave communicated clearly but mostly let us enjoy our trip to SW Florida!

Very accessible for everything we wanted to do. Very well stocked and they thought of things that are often overlooked. Very clean and comfortable.

Super quaint, cozy, and comfortable spot. Slightly disappointed that the first hour I was there I was cleaning because the place was left quite dirty from previous occupants and the cleaning people overlooked quite a few things which I won’t go into detail here, but I immediately brought them to the hosts attention and he made it right. Cute little Dock where I was able to go fishing and spend quality time with my family. Definitely would be open to booking again at this location. The price was right.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated with beach vibes and was very cozy. The welcoming gift was great, especially for ones with children.

David is a fantastic host, and the place is terrific with beautiful surroundings. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples.

Jesse was a very nice host. We noticed that there was no grill and let him know and he brought one over the next day. The stove went out and he brought us a table top cooker until the next day when the gas company came out to turn the gas back on. Jesse always stressed if you need anything call.

This was my first time to stay in a Tiny Home. I thought it was very well laid out and I felt very comfortable the month I stayed. Miriam was a great host and went over and above, even removing a mattress because I am not very tall and I asked if I could have the bed lower. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had more amenities than I am used to, the bathroom was very usable. Everything was clean and fresh. The neighborhood felt very safe, a very nice residential community, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite.
