We were looking for a place to stay near the Sherwood Forest Fair. I'm so glad we didn't stay at a hotel. James and Amy were OUTSTANDING hosts showing us 5 star hospitality, that no hotel could compare. We all slept comfortably, and felt right at home. Coffee on the front patio, listening to the country farm soundtrack will live in my mind rent free. We can't wait to go back. This time we'll try the famous Snow's BBQ. Thank you James & Amy!

I booked just for one night at Alex and Elise’s place and it was great!! They were both super responsive, friendly, and helpful. This place was perfect, clean, and has everything you need for the size of the guest house! Highly recommend to stay !!

loved the house just as described very clean, spacious and comfortable has everything we needed and close to town. just slow on communication about getting into the house waited 2 and half hours to get the code for house.

This was our second time staying at Patty’s upstairs guest house/apartment for dance competitions in Bastrop, and it was just as great as the first! The space is always clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is convenient, and everything is well-maintained. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the cold water bottles in the fridge and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom—small details that make the stay even more convenient. Check-in is always smooth, and Patty is responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back for future competitions and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Hubby and I attended an A&M game and thoroughly enjoyed spending the weekend without the busyness of College Station. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings with beautiful surroundings and a fire in the fire pit at night. Peaceful & relaxing all the way around. Cozy on the inside and slept great! Exactly what we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back! Thank you for hosting us. The entire property is beautiful!

Peaceful and fun place to stay. Lots of space to enjoy on the decks. Far enough away from other houses to not feel crowded. Would definitely stay here again.
