We could not fault anything, Peter had gone over and above to make us feel welcome and very comfortable! Everything you could need was there and where you would want it to be. I would recommend Peters place 100%. If you want a nice quiet retreat away from the Kids this is the place!! Thank you for making us so welcome Peter and we will definitely be coming back !

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

We had such a wonderful and peaceful couple of days. Lots of little details which was so thoughtful (nice coffee capsules, biscuits, toiletries in the bathroom etc) and made our stay really comfortable. Would certainly come back!

A truly beautiful get away in a great location. The loft is immaculate and has everything you could think of or need. The host’s communication is excellent and all amenities are walkable. The hot tub is a real bonus. We will 100% be back

We stayed in Helen’s Airbnb for my mums 50th and had a lovely time. The hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our special stay. The hot tub was an excellent addition and very relaxing. Our dog enjoyed the surroundings and felt right at home. The property was clean and comfortable. The local beaches were lovely. A special mention to the delicious scones the host made for us - they were a treat! We recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway! Thank you for making our stay the most enjoyable!

This lodge was amazing, great value, big, spacious and beautiful. We really lucked out with the weather so could sit outside on the decking in the sun during the day. Lots of communal space for eating, cooking, playing games and chilling out in the evenings. Clean, tidy and with loads of amenities. Felt new and modern, really bright and airy whilst also being warm and cosy. Really close walk to the beautiful beach at Croyde and easy driving distance to lots of other beaches and things to do. Hot tub was an amazing bonus addition which we enjoyed in the evenings. Some reviews mentioned privacy and the campsite nearby - we weren’t worried about this staying in Feb/March but for anyone that is concerned there is now screen fence around the lodge so you would feel nicely secluded. Would really recommend - we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay here in Ilfracombe. There's not a better location to sit and watch the boats from the living room window, including the RNLI practice on Thursdays! kids loved it. clean cottage. really comfortable beds. Helens super responsive with loads of local recommendations. 10/10!

We spent 2 nights at Miss Trimbles cottage as I was walking a section of the SW coast path. The cottage is lovely, with lots of welcoming touches including a cream tea. Beautiful surroundings and use of the garden is encouraged. We cannot recommend highly enough and hope to return in the near future. The coast path is walkable from the cottage and we loved Duckpool, where we stayed 10 years ago.

We loved our stay at Frances’ cottage. It was comfortable, well equipped and well positioned for us to spend our time outdoors. It had everything we needed and the village shop is highly recommended… well stocked with local produce and really friendly. Highly recommended and hope we can go back. Thank you Frances!

Had a great time at Owl Barn. Much bigger than in the photos and lovely views from almost all windows. Plenty of games for our children. Very comfy beds. Really good-sized kitchen. Super convenient for many locations, even the hospital in Barnstaple which we had to visit twice during our stay! Pizza night was lovely. The outdoor games for the children were just what we were after. Alex was very helpful, including with some things that had nothing to do with her role as a host - very much appreciated.

A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

What a gem of a place. Tranquil, lovely views from the bedroom, cosy cottage with a relaxing modern feel to it. Thankful that Chris/Freya could accommodate at the last minute, as we booked the night before quite late. We had a lovely surprise when we arrived, to find out a few lambs were resting in the small barn next to our garden patio with their mamas before they could be released into the field. It was such a highlight seeing the lambs jump around and stretch their legs as we sipped our coffees in the morning. Great location, approx 40min drive to Heddon Valley (we did a 24km run/hike from Heddon to Combe Martin, with a stop and looped back), and it's a 12min drive to Withypool if you want to do a big circular loop approx 12km to the Tarr Steps and back. You will have suggestions of places to visit in the welcome pack and a mal on the wall. The cottage comes with all the kitchen appliances you need. We also got to purchase some fresh eggs too, tasty! A perfect short weekend stay :)

Great stay in Braunton. The cottage had all the home comforts and own parking space which was incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic for exploring Braunton and the North Devon coast. Nicola was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely few days stay at the cottage. It was a great place to have lazy rainy mornings and cosy nights next to the fire. Everything about this place is wonderful. From the size of the rooms, the decor and the location. You feel very at home and its great to explore the lovely beaches and villages. We will definitely stay again. Alex is a great host. What a great stay we had at Sarah&Gary’s cottage. The cottage is fully equipped with everything needed for shorter or longer stays. Quirky and full of character! Sarah also left some fresh free range eggs for us, which were yummy for our breakfast. Our children loved all the animals especially the goats.. the most friendly goat we ever came across, Honey was the highlight. Very easy access to the coast, restaurants and fun days out. We will definitely stay again there. 100% recommend it!

Our stay at Putsborough Manor Cottage was lovely and just what we needed! Visiting in November, we knew that a lot of the towns would be closed for the winter but the cottage had everything we needed for cosy nights in!!! Smart TV and a roaring fire, what else do you want?! Visited some local restaurants, as recommended by the owner, the local beaches, nearby towns and enjoyed some down time in the cottage. The cottage is exactly as described and just as pretty as the pictures!! Super comfy bed and a shock to come back home to a double 😉, very well equipped kitchen and lovely & clean throughout. Couple of issues with the Internet dropping out but not a huge problem & Jon was very quick to come back to us. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a fantastic 10 days at the cottage, it’s a great place for a base for beaches and things to do in the local area. The cottage was spotless and a lovely little welcome package was a nice touch that we didn’t expect. Rooms were spacious and lovely views of the countryside from the garden. Plus great extra facilities in the bbq and surf boards that we was able to use too. If you are looking for a place to stay I couldn’t recommend this anymore and will hopefully be visiting again in the future.

Kirsten was quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was extremely well organized and located in a lovely, peaceful area. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great time even though weather was bit grey first couple of days. Gorgeous cottage, friendly host and lovely area. Dogs also had a great time and made themselves at home in the fully enclosed garden. Super peaceful location and only a short drive to beautiful beaches and plenty of walks. Thank you for having us, will be back soon! X

By far the nicest place we have stayed at. such a beautiful cottage with every necessity available. Spacious, clean, very dog friendly :-) We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% return again.

Absolutely perfect airbnb! It’s private, beautiful, amazing garden and hosts are so lovely and helpful. This is exactly what we had in mind for a private get away and had everything we needed!! Would highly recommend 🥰

Lovely setting for myself, my wife and our 14 month old. The cottage was lovely, bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, tv, 2 comfortable sofas and they even provided a cot and highchair for the little one. Beautiful grounds, with chickens, goats, geese, and even a pig! The animal feeding times are a must! Food truck arrives on a Tuesday and Friday (if I remember correctly) and the guy who runs it (Danny) is lovely and serving up delicious food. Only a short drive to Kilk which has a few pubs, takeaways and a co op and a little further into Bude with a lot more to offer. Tintagel is around 40 mins away which is a must see. We will 100% be returning.

we've just spent a week in Lucy's lovely bungalow which is in a beautiful part of North Devon . Lucy reccomended and provided leaflets of so many lovey places nearby that we spent much less time driving than we normally do. We easily managed to self cater for the full week as everything you required was provided including a lovely welcome pack. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf course and lake with it's stunning views of the countryside and sea . Lucy was a very friendly and quick to respond to any queries.
