Great property! Beautifully decorated inside, pub and shop within a 2 minute walk, short drive to the central pier. Very clean, easy to access, parking available for 2 cars, would highly recommend and stay again!

A great house with lots of space for a group of family or friends. Ideal location. Great hot tub and garden area. Lots of toys and the special pirate bedroom for the little ones. We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. The place was easy to find and check in was easy too. Loved all the little personal touches and all the essentials we needed were provided too. The host replied to any messages quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for what we needed and the pub downstairs is an added benefit

Niccy could not have been more helpful from the booking process to being very reponsive and helpful when we arrived. The apartment is in a very quiet location with views over the water and is well equipped with comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. Lovely homely apartment in very quiet safe location with ample parking. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable beds, and extremely well equipped particularly with towels and bed linen if required. Had my almost walking, very inquisitive grandson stay with us and we were 100% comfortable with his safety, and his still clean clothes after crawling on the floor was testament to the cleanliness of the accommodation. Rachael was lovely, very quick to respond to queries and very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing apartment right in the middle of Lytham 5 minute walk to the centre

The apartment is clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Toiletries and basic provisions (eg tea , coffee, milk, orange juice etc) were supplied. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Claudia was flexible about check in and very responsive to messages. The apartment is in the center of town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Great spot in Liverpool city centre. Walkable to everything. Great to have two bathrooms and plenty of beds for lads for a stag. Loads of space in the apartment. Great friendly host easy to communicate with and was great to give some flexibility on checking in and out. Would highly recommend!
