Our stay here was very pleasant. This was a first-time , last minute family visit for us, and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back. It was important to us to be in a safe and convenient location. This plase was exactly that! We were close to local shops, restaurants and easy access to multiple boat ramps and peefect parking for our boat. The place was neat, clean and comfortable! Everything was as pictured! Communication was proactive and quick with a reply. I would recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the mattress was firm. I prefer a softer bed, but that is just my personal preference. The rest of my family was completely fine!

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend you visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

extremely clean home with just the right amount of supplies to get you settled in. It was a little awkward with a tenant living upstairs and trying not to let our sound bother her. The place is very walkable to nearby businesses and the bay!

Highly recommend! The house was incredibly well located, walkable to restaurants and amenities and it was easy to find. Everything was as it appeared in the photos and extremely neat, clean and relaxing. The host was very responsive and we appreciated all that she did for us. We would book it again

Great time at Bill and Denise's airbnb. Place was clean and exactly as described. Nice fire pit out back and plenty to do in the area as it is right off the main street in Picton!

We really enjoyed our stay at Acadia House! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 and had a large, beautiful yard. The location was great, very close to Sandbanks and Picton. Our kids loved the basketball net and hammock. I loved that the house offered recycling and backyard composting, washer/dryer. This was a great place to stay in PEC and we would highly recommend it.

The house is spacious and so are the rooms. The kitchen had everything beautifully equipped. We enjoyed our stay, even though during the winter there’s not much to do in the area. The only downside was the rooms in the basement didn’t have any heater working, we used the fireplace in the basement on high to warm the rooms as much as possible. As we were two families with kids, we would have liked to have at least a hand vacuum available and not just a broom as it’s a big space and would have made it easier to clean while around. The bed pillows need changing as they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But all in all a beautiful house, just needs a little touch up to add its spark back.

We had a phenomenal time at this stunning lakeside retreat. While it looks like a perfect summer getaway—serene, spacious, and incredibly private—its winter beauty is just as remarkable. Watching the sunrise over the frozen lake is a breathtaking experience, and the hot tub adds the perfect touch, making it unforgettable to soak in the warmth while surrounded by crisp winter air. Our February stay exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend it year-round. Richard was an excellent host—responsive, honest, and ensuring the place was immaculate upon arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet memorable escape, this is the place to be.

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Very nice house, spacious for large groups, very cozy. Very good communication with the host, answers online to all the concerns that one may have. It has a nice view of the river, a house with many amenities, I would definitely return. Thank you very much!

This unit is in a great location. It’s walkable to all the restaurants and bars. Even so the you didn’t hear the noise from the bars late at night. Off street parking right in front of the unit is a plus! It is clean and well laid out. The pictures don’t do the size of it justice. It is so much bigger than it looks! The front porch was a nice area to be able to enjoy sights, as well the kitchen window looks right out to the river. As others have said the beds are quite firm. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay!

This airb&b location is perfect! Walking distance to shops & restaurants and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The place is extremely clean with lots of plants. Sylvia is a great host. A must stay if you're visiting Carleton Place.

This stay was simply perfect! I could ramble on but believe the hype, the space is wonderful and Sylvia was a fantastic host. Amazing value, couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

I went to PEC with a girlfriend. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed linen was really nice :) It was a 5 minute walk to Main St which was perfect. We walked to dinner and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Picton !
