Lefkada : locations de villas de vacances

Buchung und Kommunikation mit Thalia war stets angenehm. Check-In flexibel (wir kamen nach 21:00 an, zusätzliche Verspätung durch Sportereignis), Thalia hat auf uns gewartet und uns durchs Haus geführt. Es gab ein „Welcome Package“ bestehend aus Wasser, Saft und einer Flasche Weißwein - für Kaffeetrinker gab es eine Grundausstattung mit Nescafé-Kapseln. Tolle Geste, gerade wenn man wie wir später ankommt. Ausstattung der Villa ist wie beschrieben, eine Dinge sind jedoch nur für 2 Personen verfügbar (z.B. Weingläser). Küche könnte noch ein paar praktische Utensillien mehr vertragen (z.B. größeres Schneidebrett, Aufbewahrung „Tupperware“). Für 2 Personen machbar, wenn die Villa voll belegt wird, dann ist Flexibilität gefragt …. Villa absolut sauber, Pool und Villa werden regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts gereinigt - Zeitpunkt des Service hat Thalia jeweils angekündigt. Pool und Aussenbereich sind super, einen Gasgrill mit Grillbesteck gab´s auch.

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Ein früherer Checkin war ohne Probleme möglich. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Villa nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar ist, daher muss bei Anmietung eines Mietwagens unbedingt auf eine Motorisierung geachtet werden.

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

Loved the location, especially the large balcony we spent hours in the afternoon watching the water and the yachts. Also beautiful sunrises from the balcony and worth getting up in the night to marvel at the stars in the night sky. 2 minutes walk to K1 beach. Great swimming spot. 2 of the bedrooms have air con which is great for siesta time. We also booked the newly furnished apartment outside which was a great addition. It also has air con. Great restaurants in Ithaki, in Exogi 'Extra Terrestrial' this one has a killer view, in Stavros 'Delicious' real Greek food and in Vathy 'La Familia' this one has great seafood and of course the ice cream parlour in Frikes. also the local bakery in Stavros is worth visiting for bread and baklava. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing villa. Nice and private located up the hill overlooking Nydri. Thr views are simply breathtaking, particularly at sunrise. The villa is modern and brilliantly equipped for all self catering needs, especially the kitchen and bbq area. The pool is also fantastic, well maintained, and many happy hours were spent in the pool in our stay. Only 10 minutes down hill from Nydri with port, restaurants, shops and small supermarkets. Very accessible to other parts of the island too. Simone was a great host. She was flexible when we were a little early for check in and personalky met and welcomed us. A very generous welcome hamper awaited - much better than anywhere else we have ever stayed. Plenty of large towels, including additional pool towels. We did experience an island-wide water shortage and Simone responded immediately and helped us as soon as was possible. I highly recommend Simone as a host and her property. Book it! You will not regret it!

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei der Anfahrt ist das letzte Stück Straße etwas holprig und man läuft auch vom Parkplatz einige Stufen hinab zum Quartier. Aber der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Bett morgens aufs Meer ist dafür einfach nur traumhaft; der Strand im Oktober fast menschenleer und dazu das kristallklare , türkis schimmernde Wasser. Da ist man auch gerne bereit, den Hang hinab und später wieder hinauf zu laufen. Das Haus mit der Kombination aus Naturstein und Holz wirkt sehr einladend ; der Platz in den Zimmern ist großzügig bemessen, das große Doppelbett super bequem. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht oder vielleicht auch einen Außengrill. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es in den Sommermonaten wohl nicht ganz so ruhig- jetzt war es sehr erholsam und auch ein spätes Auschecken ohne Aufpreis kein Problem.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our getaway. Communication with the host was seamless; they were clear and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay effortless. A highlight for us was when my partner developed a severe headache and, unfortunately, we had forgotten to pack any medicine. To our relief, the villa came equipped with a medical kit that included paracetamol. This thoughtful touch truly saved the day and showcased the host's attention to detail. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again and bring our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking view

We had a wonderful time at Lefkada with our two daughters. We were disappointed that the photos of the pool in the ad were not the photos of the villa we actually moved into. It was not a freestanding house, there’s a house built wall to wall to the villa. The view of the sea and sunset was obstructed by trees. There was a beautiful view from the kitchen and terrace though. We had some difficulties in the beginning because we couldn’t get the aircon to work and some other little things. The outside area wasn’t very clean. They sent cleaners and technicians sent over within half an hour to solve all our problems. Communication was really very good and very helpful. We were sad to leave. We can definately recommend the villa and Lefkada! Thank you!

Really clean, quiet, nice place. We have enjoyed a lot. Beautiful view from the patio/room/house, close to the city and other attractions. Well recommended.

Really nice villa in a great location, just over an hour from the airport. It’s a 5 min drive from the villa to Sivota - a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants - including a couple that did vegan options!! There are a few Boutique shops and a Pharmacy too. It’s a 20 minute walk down if you want to have a drink. Pool is v nice and you can swim in the sea as there is a private path down to the rocks at the bottom, but it is steep In places! Caution needed. There was a very sweet pebble beach further on (20 min walk) also a bit of a scramble, but lovely. Ram is a very good host, he sent us so much useful information and came back very quickly to any questions we had. The villa has a lovely view over the Bay - everything very nicely done inside and very clean. Management Company was also very reliable with advice and costings for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. Would happily go back. Just the break we needed.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Antionio's place. This stay truly deserves a 10/10 rating. From the moment I booked, communication with Antonio was seamless. He provided all the necessary information and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour of the property, which was exactly as described-if not better. One of the highlights was the location, but, I would recommend to rent a car. The house was only a 10min drive to Lefkada and 3min drive to the nearest supermarket and beach. Whether you're looking to explore the island or enjoy a quiet night in, the house and location is perfect. Antonio's hospitality --> truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, offering excellent recommendations (our favourite was the local greek restaurant in Katouna-the perfect greek food experience) and being available for any questions or assistance throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you Antonio!!!!

Possibly the quietest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Just sounds of goat bells which were so relaxing. The pool and the outside furniture is all perfect. Some lovely locally produced welcome goodies. The bed was very hard for us, but of course this is personal preference. We also loved Picnic restaurant in the village - perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Recommended - this house is the perfect quiet retreat from reality!

We could not have asked for a more stress-free experience from the moment we booked. The communication was excellent, with somebody on hand from the moment we arrived, to help with third party bookings and anything else that we needed. The property itself was exactly as described with stunning views, incredible facilities and immaculately clean. We stayed for ten days and the property & pool were cleaned from top to bottom, including clean bedding & towels, twice during that time. Communication with the management company & owner was also maintained throughout the holiday, continuously checking if we had everything we needed. I consider our standards to be high & I cannot find a single negative thing to say. Fabulous property, first-class service & great value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa is in a stunning location, with gorgeous views over the sea. The sunset views from the patio are especially amazing. The layout of the villa suited us perfectly, we just used downstairs and didn’t need to use the top floor. There are several tavernas and supermarkets within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Fiskardo. The WiFi is a bit poor in places, but that didn’t really bother us as it was nice to relax without it. We definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime in the future.

Die Unterkunft hat absolut fünf Sterne verdient! Die Villa ist wunderschön und war sehr sauber. Der riesige Vorplatz mit dem Pool und den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind unschlagbar! Besser geht es nicht. Die Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft und auch im Haus war es sehr gemütlich mit einer sehr guten, leisen Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es hat auch drei tolle Tavernen in Laufnähe. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Mila und Niko. Sie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Sie besorgten sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen für unseren Sohn! Wir fühlten uns durch ihre Freundlichkeit sehr wohl. Einzig die vielen Insekten (Wespen, Bienen, Hornissen, Hummeln), welche an heissen Tagen gerne Poolwasser trinken und ständig auf Bodennähe herumfliegen, sind für Allergiker nicht zu unterschätzen. Ein gutes Auto ist zudem zwingend notwendig. An heissen Tagen ist der Weg an die Strände zu Fuss nicht machbar und auch sonst sehr lang und/oder steil

This is a beautiful home, I think the views are even better than what photos show, they do not do justice. The home was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a group or just two people. Within ways distance of local shops with fruit and basic goods, Picnic is a great spot for breakfast, just a few minutes drive. Fiskardo and easy drive down which is great for dinner. Absolutely recommend and will return.

Nadia was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was very easy. The place was incredible and everything was spotless. I would highly recommend this place an o hope to return soon.

We had been coming to Lefkada for a few years now and have always tried to book this villa, but its always been fully booked. This year we were really lucky and finally did it! I can see why it's so popular, it has a wonderful feel about it and is such a welcoming space. You feel right at home and relaxed straight away. Julie is a wonderful host, and so helpful with suggestions on walks to do, beaches to go to, things to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Julie!
