We had a lovely stay! The place is clean and nice. The host is kind and communicated well. I would stay there again.

Regularly come to Beersheva for work. This was the first time staying at Yaaqov's apartment. Far and away the best place I have stayed to date. Big spacious and bright apartment with a nice balcony. Absolutely everything needed is in the apartment - huge numbers of little extras all over: coffee machine, milk foamer, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows/blankets/sheets... The assigned parking spot is covered and private. About a 25 minute walk to Ben Gurion University. Two malls, a large grocery store, a bakery, Asian food store and many other shops in very close walking distance. Yaaqov was always available to answer any question. Just a great place. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am coming to town. Indeed, I booked the apartment for an additional 3 weeks because it was so nice and convenient.

הדירה נוחה מאד נעימה ומרווחת. זו יחדת דיור עם כניסה נפרדת. הזוג שגרים בבית מקסימים ועוזרים בכל דבר. הדירה ממש מול פארק הסופרים שזה פארק שוקק וכיפי, יש סופרים ומקומות לאכול סמוך לדירה. מאד נח להגיע ממנה לכל מקום בעיר. ממליצה בחום

This place was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms are updated. The living area is an open area, which makes the place feel large and comfortable. The location is on a quiet street and close to everything in Netivot, including multiple synagogues. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Netivot or surrounding area.

התאכסנו בדירה של גלעד למשך סופשבוע במהלך פברואר. הדירה היתה נהדרת, מסודרת ונקייה ותאמה לתמונות ולתיאור באתר. היה ממש קר אז הפעלנו את שלושת המזגנים והם חיממו באופן מצוין. גם ביקשנו שמיכה נוספת וקיבלנו. במקלחות היו מים חמים בשפע ובקבוקוני סבון ריחניים. גלעד היה אדיב וזמין למענה, התקשורת איתו היתה מצויינת. אנחנו ממליצים על הדירה, ונשמח לשוב אליה בעתיד.

Gali has been very friendly and accommodating. The house is well equipped, suitable for children with the pool and trampoline in the yard. It was spotless and welcoming. On the downside two many cats fell also at home which is fine if you are a cat lover but less if you're allergic to them.

Beautiful house with a great pool. I highly recommend.
