The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

Emma’s place is simply wonderful. This is the most *homey* home away from home we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve loved all our AirBnB stays!) We were so incredibly comfortable from the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left. There were MANY extras we wouldn’t normally find (even in other 5* stays) and appreciated these greatly. Super comfy beds, fantastic location, very modern; couldn’t ask for more. After the slightest hiccup with the hot water, Emma went over and above to address it immediately (and permanently). She couldn’t have done more to make us feel settled and comfortable. Emma is very approachable and friendly. A highly recommended host and property! We chose to stay here to be close to Drayton Manor (12mins away) and had the best day. Coming back to such a cosy and comfortable home after a long day was the best tonic. We’d return without hesitation!

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Absolutely love the apartment, it feels secure with friendly neighbours in a beautiful old home, location close to town in a quiet leafy suburb of Nottingham.

The place was clean and as described. Easy to find and Saleha's was very responsive.

Fantastic communication, friendly and helpful. Location was great, a few minutes walk to the centre and 15 minutes to the castle. I was there for work and will stay again..

Svårt att tänka sig bättre läge för att utforska de mysigaste stadsdelarna med dess historia, shopping och restauranger! Vi unnade oss middag på Cosy Club och Vida by Lorentes som verkligen var fantastiska! Närheten till matbutiker och frukostbröd var också mycket uppskattad. Boendet är väldigt bekvämt och lugnt, i alla fall efter klockan 22 då restaurangen på innergården stängt. Innan dess är det ganska högljudd musik onsdag till lördag men det var inga problem för oss. Till och med lite trevligt med bra musik. 😊 Bra med dubbla badrum! Vi uppskattade att det fanns förbrukningsvaror som toalettpapper, diskmaskinstabletter, te, tvål och även Netflix. Parkering i området är väldigt dyr men det finns ett bra (men trångt) parkeringshus ett kvarter bort. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vi fick bra tips om området. Värden och boendet rekommenderas varmt för en familj som vill utforska Nottingham till fots!

Very nice clean apartment would definitely stay again. Only downside is there was a gentleman directly above us who was very loud throughout the night, constantly going in and out at stupid times. Playing music and the tv was loud enough that I could hear it directly below us. Apart from that the stay was fantastic and would recommend :)

We stayed 3 nights at Mary's place it was perfect for what we wanted and we were extremely pleased that Mary excepted our dogs with open arms. We travelled to NEC easily in 35 mins and found plenty of parks to run the dogs in around Leamington on our day there. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back another bonus for us it was only 20 mins away from family members.

A place I now stay for second time. I will for sure come back to this same place next time I go to Leamington Spa, it feels very much like home in all aspects. I can only highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Moeed's. Shame we were only there for 1 night as it has everything you need to stay for a while. Fantastic amenities. He provides towels, soap, toothpaste, shower gel (even kids shampoo). Milk, butter eggs and condiments in the fridge, good tv channels netflix prime etc - the list goes on. It was perfectly clean and very cosy and comfortable. Fantastic check in and check out process. 100% would recommend to anybody who needs to stay in the area. Thanks so so much Moeed!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s whilst visiting Adrenaline Alley with my son. Excellent condition, really well stocked up, we could cook our own food and had everything we needed. Private, comfortable, clean, and really well equipped. Claire is an excellent host, responsive, kind and caring. Would love to stay again in the future!

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever encountered, I have paid double the amount for airbnbs that don’t have HALF the amenities this one has! Anything you can name, this airbnb has it and Stephen was such a kind + interactive host. There is seasoning, sauces in the fridge, many pans, an amazing drying rack and loads more useful things. The balcony is gorgeous!! I’d love to stay here again and there was no problems from the neighbours, everything about this airbnb was accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you so much Stephen :)
