Absolutely stunning cottage! Made our wedding even more magical having such a perfect place to stay.

amazing stay really private and hit tub was really nice, relaxing with the log burner and Sylvia even made a homemade cake for us included in the birthday package, got the flowers requested and decorated really nicely including a bottle of champagne! really nice house would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing place. Private, spacious and homely with the most stunning view. This was by far our favourite stay and hope to visit again one day. We enjoyed a lovely bbq and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The music outside was a great touch, and nice to be able to log into our Netflix. It had everything we needed and had an amazing time playing games.

What a great place to stay! A lot of attention to detail which goes a long way. The check in instructions were so clear and with photos which made it so easy to find. The cottage is off the main road and would be difficult to find without them. Little things like having an extension lead next to the bedroom mirror for straightners and hardryer, coffee pods for the coffee machine, toiletries, robes for the hot tub and wood for the fire are lovely touches that made the stay really special. Everything was lovely and clean, and all the kitchen basics supplied. Including plastic cups for the hot tub. Hot tub was great, garden was very private and not overlooked. Heating in the cottage was good as well. Nothing worse than getting out of a hot tub when its cold outside!

Mark and Sarah were very friendly and super helpful! The home was spotless and very cosy, the hot tub was an absolute must. The instructions provided were very useful and there was plenty of suggestions for what to do in the area. Thank you for the welcome gifts and for the great hospitality, we would definitely come back!

The host messaged us with all the details we needed. There was nothing we needed to ask the host at all due to the very close instructions! Overall great stay, very peaceful and exactly as advertised on the website!

What a find! The place couldn’t be in a better location for Nottingham night life. Right in the thrum of the lace market yet set back in a quiet courtyard so noise wasn’t a issue

lovely stay jackie is very friendly! the cottage is sweet, and full of original historic character fitting the village... which is worth exploring then you can snuggle up by the log fire in the cosy living room! the place has all modern appliances & is great for dogs with beautiful enclosed back garden, just watch out for the main road... We'll be back soon. Bonnie loved it :) xXx

The coffin makers cottage was beautifully presented, super clean and just what we were looking for. Warm and cosy with all required amenities. We felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for an escape away from everything. Roger & Caroline were very welcoming and friendly. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, we were appreciative of the bacon, eggs etc!

Family visiting for weekend. The Cottage was ideally located for visiting relatives (which was a perfect coincidence). The cottage was perfectly sized for 2 adults and a baby. It was cosy. Very neat and tidy. Lots of amenities all within walking distance. We were all very happy.

Had a great stay at Stoop Cottage. Really appreciated Rachel's thoughtful extra touches. Location was excellent - great local shop, lots of places to eat and drink nearby and fantastic walks for the dog. A very relaxing stay and hope to be back.

The accommodation was ideal for our needs. It was very clean, warm and in a quiet location. The beds were comfortable and there was instant hot water. A nice walk in shower off the master bedroom. There were views were over farmland from the large front windows. Safety is an obvious priority with smoke and CO monitors and PAT.

The cottage was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring two restful nights. The bright and airy space made it a perfect place to relax, and we appreciated the modern touches like fast WiFi. The location was great—peaceful yet convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The hosts were friendly, goes extra mile to help us with our early check in request, providing clear check-in instructions and great recommendations for local spots. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Beautiful converted barn overlooking country fields. The space was very cosy and clean and had many thoughtful touches such as blankets, a speaker, fairy lights and a hamper in the bathroom containing toiletries. Would definitely come to stay again ❤️

Fantastic little cottage and a great place for us to be near precious family.

The annex was perfect for our stay. We wanted to be near to Rutland Water and Fiona was even able to tell us of a short cut cycling route to get there! The accommodation was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Fiona even gave us delicious homemade bread and marmalade for our breakfast! She was there to greet us when we arrived and was helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The village is attractive and we ate both nights at the local pub which was only a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely time and if we return to the area, which is likely, we hope we'll be able to stay with Fiona again.
